Do research. Go watch some videos about your craft, read blogs, go on wiki.
But whatever you do, don’t use ai to do anything for you.
Not everything is a sign from the Theoi but the Theoi are in every little thing and I think that's beautiful.
what does recon and revivalist mean in your pinned post?
recon(structionist)s are people who try to practice the religion as closely as possible to how it was practiced in ancient greece, while revivalists are people who try to adapt the religion to the modern day. most people are a mix of both, esp bc being a revivalist inherently involves also being recon in the way if learning about the ancient religion and respecting its ways, but it's up to you which you align yourself with more as long as you're respectful.
thanks for the ask!

unfortunately coming on here again to talk about another helpol server i have to discourage people from joining, which is the following:
for the most part, it's very strict recons running a server where they give people misinformation and are very rude to people. the first things that stood out to my friends and i was their insistence on deities people "can't" worship, such as ares (unless you are in active combat), selene (unless you are pregnant), etc. while they do provide sources, many quotes are taken out of context, not relevant, or completely misinterpreted.
i will be making a doc with more about why i think this server is problematic soon, but for now this is all i will say.
EDIT: here is the doc.
please do not raid/dox/bully the server or its members. i will be blocking out all names and users in my doc for a reason.
update they have found the doc and decided that one of my friends made it when it's pretty damn obvious that i made it considering they HAD to have found it via my tumblr. i think the fact that they went straight to assuming it was someone else rather than, idk, looking at my pinned (which says my name AND discord username) for five seconds shows just how good they are at researching.

"Even the unloved is loved by you."
— Cleanthes' Hymn to Zeus
i'll admit something i've never understood is when christians/catholics/etc. refer to themselves as "god-fearing". i don't know as much about these religions as i want to, but wouldn't it be nicer to describe yourself as god loving? isn't that what religion is supposed to be about?
Devotional bracelets!
I made two some devotional bracelets for Apollo and Zeus! I'm gonna try to get more letter beaded and make more though!
