You're valid if you struggle to make decisions because you're afraid of making the wrong choice.
As a lost adult. I needed this. Thank you.
being a strong independent woman who doesn't need anyone but also being a huge hopeless romantic that just wants to be loved genuinely and treated right and not get hurt lmao
In this cake or the next!
From the bottom of my hypothalamus, I meant this, your existence makes me very thankful for mine..
in the end, i don’t have to feel good, I just want to feel better..

Crying is normal. It’s not a sign of weakness. It’s just a sign that you’re human and you’re capable of feeling things. So, please, never belittle yourself if you’re crying. Never belittle yourself if you surrendered into something. Just like the idea of raising the white flag.. it doesn’t pertain that you’re a weakling, it only means that you know your limitations and even though you push your limitations to that height and you weren’t still able to achieve that, it doesn’t mean that you’re weak, it means that you’re mature enough to accept your defeat..
We often feel our happiest when we forget ourselves..
One of the most challenging things I’ve had to learn is that healing must be intentional. There is no one golden day that comes and saves you from all your misery. Healing is a practice. You have to decide that it’s what you want to do and actively do it. You have to make a habit out of it. Once I learned that, I only looked back to see how far I came.
