Summer 2026

Enjoying one last early morning work session in my favorite coffee shop this morning. I wrote my undergraduate thesis here, finished countless grad school assignments, and brought every friend and family member who visited me in this town to this cafe. Needless to say, I’m feeling a little sappy.

The first half of this year has been rough—the job market is truly soul crushing. But, some good news: I got a job! My first real Big Kid job with benefits and everything, in a city I love, doing something I’m interested in and passionate about.

it feels so good being able to do all that i want and having the whole day to myself with no specific timeframes 😭 I’ve been pondering a lot lately and my mind and feelings have been all over the place. diving deeper into philosophy, mythology and astrology feels good. believing that my life purpose is to learn as much as possible about my surroundings and myself has been comforting.

Btw I got my b.a diploma a few weeks ago. Had the ceremony and everything. Now i'm done-done with uni (unless I ever decide to get a masters)

People using the Notion app / site, are you continuing to use it, now that they pivoted so hard into AI? I like customizable it is, and I have some really good templates there that I put a lot of work into, but I'm so disappointed with them. I'm considering deleting it, but I'm not sure if I'm ruining all my hard work.
