This photo was taken by a Swedish photographer who’s name is  Paul Hansen. When Paul posted this photo in the caption it was taking about the the two boys getting carried by their uncles as the boys got killed by Israeli  airstrike. It also mentioned that the father was also killed and their mother and other siblings had injuries after the strike. it was meant to be notice as makes people have a lot of questions and for some people to try to make a change in the world. Since the photo had intense lighting it was accused to be fake. The photographer Paul himself said that he had edited the photo because he wanted a better range and to make the eyes recreate what they see. People believed that by editing the colour  achieved something else. Things that other people said are true. This is  because it changes the entire meaning you are trying to put out as a photographer. When editing the smallest things it could change the entire meaning of what the photo is when it was taken at a different intention.

This photo was taken when Obama was doing a speech about paying it forward. The image was on the nation review magazine and the sign people were holding in the photo said forward. However the editors edit the sign and replace the word forward with abortion. It was meant to be notice as they are trying to promote information of abortion. The purpose of the photo is deceptive because by editing they are convincing something else which was not the original message. The way the people were standing, holding the paper, cheering and clapping made it seem like it is real. Also the expressions on peoples faces make this entire photo about abortion true but in reality the entire photo was about something completely different. Another thing is that showing the name of the original photographer makes it believable that those signs and event is true when in reality the change was made by the magazine people.

its a photo that was taken during an attack in Iraq. The soldier was British and was telling the civilians of Iraq to come down and hide under cover as there will be more fire attack. The purpose of this photo is deceptive because it is making people think that Muslim peoples are illegally coming into a country. The reason why I think like that is because those who fled from their own country like Iraq, Syria or even Afghanistan don’t have enough money, are scared of the affects of the attacks that are happening and as they want a better future for their own family.  Another thing is that what you actually think of something is not true and has a different reason to the entire situation. This photo is an example is because you are thinking that those people are illegally coming into a country but in reality they are scared and worried as they don’t what well happen to them during and after the attack is over.

This photo shows a young boy holding a gun toy in front of a Arab owned store. The caption of the photo said that there was people arrested because of a raid and there was a boy that was was playing with a toy gun which he has got from his grandmother on his birthday. However, this is not the true thing that happened when taking the photo. In reality the story of the photo is different. There was three photographers who were in  Lackawana who saw Keating telling a boy how to pose for the photo. Keating the photographer said that the boy followed him to the store to get the photographer. it gives an aesthetic look because it gives the building a different look and dimension. Showing the road and sidewalk which is outside of frame really does change the meaning. This is because it shows that it is not busy at that time of day and the area might be where the street ends

Its basically a photo of a steer skull that is placed on a cracked ground. A employee if the federal government was taking the photo of the exact same skull and each of those photos that were taken was named under as the government propaganda. The photographer himself was then talking about his opinion on the photo that he has taken and one thing he had said himself was that it was exercise photograph. The way it is pose is meant to be seen because there is nothing else involved.

The way the the skull was arranged on the ground gave a different intense because there are objects put at a straight angled and the only thing that is changed is the way you are holding the camera.

I made my mom the comforter back and forward so I can get a good image. I like how I was close up to it and not far. This is because if I was far away from when my mom was moving the comforter then  I wouldn't have got the exact image that I did.

I had taken this image during a game of spin the bottle. the game was funny and lots enjoyment with my family. I also realised that the light that was reflected on the bottle that made the blurry in the image come out even more.

This day was a very chaotic morning. The reason is that everyone in my family had woken up late which is meant we are rushing to get out of the house as it was a weekday. Also that my mom was dropping me off to school and the sunrise was looking so beautiful.First of all the camera was not able to pick up how beautiful the sunrise looked that day. Another thing was that while I was trying to take the photo my mom decided to make the turn then which lead to this photo end result.

I like how the first image is taken close up and was done from a different point of view. This is because close up of the image attracts you to the middle green part of the flower which most people don’t see when photos are taken of it. I like the second photo was a further down and mostly about the white flower but also showing the other buds about to bloom and the stem of the flower.

How to Improve Your Documentary Photography

Although I now work in the commercial world, my passion started with documentary photography. I was, and still am, obsessed with Annie Leibowitz’s work with the Rolling Stones and I loved William Egglestone’s color observations of the mundane world he found himself in. When I find a free day, there is nothing that I enjoy more than walking out with my camera to document someone else's life. However, unlike the plethora of studio lighting tutorials available, there seems to be a real lack of articles on documentary photography. Here are six tips on how to improve your images.

There are many ways to improve your photography. One thing that helps you improve the photography is how close you are with the object/ people. This is because the more closer you are the better quality you will get. Also no one will mind if you are closer taking a photo unless there is a problem. Another thing that will help improve your photography is different perspective of the photo. This is because most people take the photo of the person or object from straight up which is kinda boring as most photos are taken that way. Having the photo taken from the side angles, higher angler or from a lower will give the photo a different look to it and different from the way other people take photos. There are other things that will improve your document which are: wide lenses,  continuity, composition and maybe candid.

This photo was taken very well. The angle of this photo was done excellent. the photo was taken in action that is pretty good because it is very hard to take ti before the person gets to the ground. Also the timing with the person in the air with the bike and the train was capture good.  This photo reminded me of when a action sport photo is taken

This is photo has a very good of dance motion. I like how the person changed the shutter speed in the camera to give the result of the image.  Also that the photo is not taken far away from the person because if it was it wouldn't turn out the way it is when it is close up.

How to Give Your Dance Photos a Sense of Motion

My favorite part of the wedding day is the reception. After the traditional first dances, and speeches are done, and the wedding party starts to let loose. The party is in full swing and the best man is giving “The Dougie” his best attempt in an effort to win a dance battle against the bride. While capturing these images I want the viewer to feel like they were in there, in the moment. My goal is to not light up the entire room like a Christmas tree. I want to see the light from the DJ and the motion on the dance floor. This is how I do just that.

While you are taking your photos of dance it is very hard to have a motion in it. If you wan to get a motion in a dance photo you would first need to change the shutter speed to lower speed to get the blur motion in the photo.  The speed you chose depends on how much you move the camera and light you want in the photo. Another thing is that you should fix the flash. this is because  according to how close or far you are from the object the light look okay according to that. swing the camera is one of the difficult jobs to do. once you know what you want or direction  you want to go in do it like that.

How To Approach Action Sports Photography

Shooting action sports can be overwhelming and strenuous if you lack the proper knowledge before going out to shoot. Whether you want to shoot motocross, mountain biking, snowboarding, ect.... for the most part all of the same rules apply. Once you start to master these rules your portfolio will benefit from it. Since I get a lot of questions about my action shots I though I would break it down for you guys. The best way to get better shots is to shoot professional athletes. I'm not saying you need a red bull athlete, local pro or intermediate athletes will get you the shots you want.

like everything has a certain tho follow takes photos of any sports has a few rules in other words a procedures. Once you get a hand of the rules everything will be easy after it. Aldo that once you go to the place where a sport is happening first notice when and where does the person is doing a certain action so that when you actual start taking the photos it will turn out better. Another thing is that according to the camera lens you have do get afraid to be close up to the person or far away. In order for your photos to be different get creative and comfortable. This is because having comfortable and taking photos from different angles, lighting and etc will give your photo a different look and feel. At the end you got to be unique with your photos.

i like how the photo is taken at different at angles. the hand is put at different location in all three of the photos. Another thing is that their main point is the rose so the background is kinda blurred out.

i like how the tree was the main focal point. also that it drags your eyes to see the other trees fade away. Another thing is that the fading away of tree also attracts the eyes to the person which is at the bottom right of the photo

I like how you can still see the main object of the photo. The blurred made it a bit more darker. It still feels like you are there when it was taken. also another thing it seems like the photo was taken on a road trip in the country side area.
