if anyone is unaware (idk how well-know it is) the marshmallow test is basically a test of a child’s impulsivity (i think). a child is given a marshmallow and is left alone with it, having been told that if they don’t eat the marshmallow, then later they will be given a second marshmallow and can eat both.

i failed it by the way. my sister passed because she didn't like marshmallows
