Any fruit or fruit snack is his favorite. He eats carrots and peas the best othereise. He likes Gerber ravioli but he will eat just about anything we do. He loves to dip his chicken nuggets. He loves blueberry muffins for breakfast.

Oliver is 17 months old. He weighs 23 lbs and 2 1/2 ft tall. His new words are peepee and nigh nigh. He has gone back to giving hugs and kisses. His kisses are now closed mouth and he says mwah. He makes elephant noise, cat noise, dog noise, Wolf noise, and cow noise. He can show you his tongue, belly button, and nose. He loves to play with pug and sit on her. He can help with dishes and laundry.

Oliver is 16 months old. He can say ball, more, hot dog, done, hi, hello, wow, mimi, banana, meow, woof. He can stick out his tongue and fake cry, sneeze, and cough. He will mock almost anything we do. We are back in Illinois for a small 7 week visit and he has absolutely adored being around everyone. We went and saw a doctor in tuscon and they said he was perfect. Went and saw a himokistic doctor and they think it could be his binky causing the spit up. The binky is causing his mouth to be arched instead of flat. We aren't ready to get rid of binky.

6/24/16

Oliver is 14 months old today. He has 10 teeth both molars were found by daddy. He says hi, hewoah (hello), cheese, more. He can point out the kitty kitty in his baby words book and make kitty noise. He loves to be outside. He will grab anyone's hand and take them to the back door to go out with him. July 18th he has an appointment to get an endoscopy done in tuscon. Hopefully we can finally get some answers about his spitting up. I quit giving him milk because the throw up was making the house stink and makes me gag to clean it up. It's so gross. Oliver is a very happy toddler compared to his baby months. He sleeps through the night, occasionally he has bad nights. He loves to watch word world, hotel transylvania, sesame Street, doc mcstuffins. His favorite toys are his stacking cups, any ball he can throw.

I think my son has been trying push his way out of my belly... through my belly. I was out tanning this morning and his foot just straight up tried to break through. I think he’s ready to come out because he has been trying so hard to break through. It hasn't felt so great.

I think I had my first contraction today. My husband and I went out to lunch today and I ate way too much like usual. As we were walking out, I had to stop because my stomach felt tight and it hurt. Kinda like cramps or like I had to poop. Didn’t feel so great. 

My wonderful husband bought me a rocking chair today! I have wanted one so bad since I got pregnant. I want to rock my baby boy, it’s so comforting. It’s a cheapy though but so comfy.

How far along? 34 weeks

Total weight gain: 30 lbs

Maternity clothes? I'm only in dresses now. Pants are so uncomfortable anymore!

Stretch marks? Side and legs. I developed PUPPS and got stretch marks on my underbelly.

Sleep: Sleeping great!

Best moment this week: I got new dresses and they feel great on my belly.

Miss anything? Being able to move without saying ow, eating uncooked eggs and undercooked steak. 

Movement: My boy is training for the Olympics!

Food cravings: Crispy M&m's.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope, everything has been pretty great in that department.

Gender: It’s a boy!!

Labor signs: During my ultrasound , I had a braxton hicks. It didn't feel too great but haven't had any since.

Symptoms: Fatigue, back pain.

Belly button in or out? It’s poking out now.

Wedding rings on or off? They're off :( My fingers get swollen every couple of days and it's just best to keep them off. 

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy. I have been crying a lot.

Looking forward to: Having this baby boy! He's due next month :)

How far along? 28 weeks

Total weight gain: 27 lbs

Maternity clothes? Yes, I can't wear maternity pants because they look like mom jeans on me so I just wear pants and don't button them.

Stretch marks? On my sides and legs.

Sleep: My sleeping schedule is still the same. I feel more relaxed to sleep.

Best moment this week: Just feeling him kick is the greatest feeling.

Miss anything? Steak

Movement: Yes, constantly.

Food cravings: Chocolate chip cookies <3

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope, everything has been pretty great in that department.

Gender: It’s a boy!!

Labor signs: No.

Symptoms: Fatigue, back pain.

Belly button in or out? It's starting to poke out.

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy, I don’t have weird crying moments anymore.

Looking forward to: Getting Oliver's room ready. It's slowly coming together. I still have to order a dresser just can't decide on one yet.

I went home from January 8th until January 20th. The flight was horrible! I got stuck at the airport in Phoenix for 7 hours where I pretty much cried the entire time. But I finally made it home to Illinois. As soon as I stepped off the plane I could see my breath! Complete 180 from the 70 degree weather I had been experiencing. I was not at all ready for the cold! My mom, step mom, and little sister welcomed me home with a cute little stuffed puppy and balloon. They told me the puppy was to help with not having my snuggle pug with me. She isn't allowed to fly :( 

We went to steak n shake where my sister n law met us. Ugh, it was so good! I missed good food! Then we went back to my moms house where I made my sister skip school the next day to hang out with me :D

Friday morning, I surprised my younger brothers. They were up getting ready for school and had no idea that I was coming home for a visit. They were both in the bedroom and I came around the corner and said "Hi" They both stopped and smiled and said "...hi..." then stared at me then said "Wait... Jessica?" Almost like they didn't notice it was me that said hi. I gave them stuffed pugs so they wouldn't be too mad at me for not bringing my pug Sora with me. I went back to sleep after that and woke up a few hours later. I wanted China Wok, my favorite Chinese ever. Chicken Fried Rice<3 <3 No one makes it like they do. I ate lunch with my mom, sister, and step mom. Then we did a little running before my mom dropped my sister and I off at my aunts house. I visited with them and my baby cousin James. He ran to my belly and gave it a kiss! He was so sweet! Cutest little boy ever. Then my step mom picked us up and we went to target so my sister could pick out a gift for her friends birthday the next day. Then they took me back to my moms where my step dad ordered my favorite pizza from Imo's for dinner. I got to eat some of my little brother's toasted ravioli's too :D

Saturday my sister in law picked me up from my moms and drove me to my mother in laws. She had to work that day so just thought I'd have her drop me off. I got to visit for a few hours and see all the cool gifts she had gotten Baby Proffitt. Then my dad texted me and said he wanted to see me. My step mom was having a get together with her family in memory of my Grandpa Larry. He said he'd pick me up and spend the day with me and I'd get to see everyone else on my step moms side of the family. I however, didn't get apple pie from my Aunt because I left my mother in laws. I spent the rest of the night hanging out with my step moms side of the family which was a lot of fun. My dad drove me back to my moms and I finished the night doing homework.

Sunday was my cousin Harrison's 2nd birthday. Mom and I went to Target to get him diapers and wipes and also get my sister in laws baby shower gift. My grandma, step mom, mom, and I all went in on a high chair for my soon to be here niece. We dropped my moms car off at my cousin Jimmy's so that he could fix it because it was having issues. Then we went to the birthday party. 

Monday I had lunch with my step mom and her work friends. My mom and step dad tagged along. I got Imo's again and this time got the house salad which is so good!

Tuesday I got my haircut by my favorite hair dresser and then mom and I went to King Louie's for lunch. I got to spend some good quality time with my momma which is what I wanted. Then we picked my brothers up from school. 

Wednesday, I did homework all day long. We went and visited my Great Grandpa Barbour then we went home and had pork chop casserole for dinner. I was still up doing homework at this point. 

Thursday, my mom and I did some quick baby shower shopping before meeting my uncle for lunch. We were suppose to go to Bon Air 1 for burgers but he called at 9:30 and said he wanted to take us to Olive Garden instead. Which meant we had to leave earlier since it was an hour away. We then got a call from my cousin Jimmy and had to go get her car because it was fixed. After about an hour we finally got the car and drove to Olive Garden. Had a great meal then we went to Baby's R Us. I wish we had this store close to us, so much baby stuff! 

Friday morning my sister in law, her boyfriend, and mother in law picked me up from my moms and we went to her doctors appointment. I got to see my niece move around. She even has hair! I had lunch with my Uncle Brett and my mom after that at Princevelli's.

Saturday we had my sister in laws baby shower. It was fun and got to see some family from my husbands side as well. Everyone missed my hubby and had wished he was there. But it was a good shower and I think my sister in law had a good day. Then we went to Do Drop for dinner, my favorite burgers! 

Sunday was my baby shower. My mom didn't like my outfit so I had to go shopping for pants and shoes. I was very stressed out about it. It's hard to find clothes when you're so small and pregnant. But I did, just couldn't button my pants. My shower was great and I loved getting to see everyone. I really missed my husband the whole day. During the present opening part, he should have been by my side the whole time. We got a lot of good things for Baby Proffitt! He's going to be well taken care of thanks to everyone's help.

Monday, it was a holiday so everyone had the day off. My sister, brothers, step mom, dad, step dad, and mom all went to Culvers for lunch. Even my dad enjoyed it and he never likes anything. Then I went to Sam's Club with my mom, brothers, and step dad. I love Sam's Club. I found a bunch of books for baby boy. Then we ate at China Wok one last time. My grandparents who paid for me to come home came, my aunt, dad, step mom, sister, and mother all joined me. I'm glad I got to see them all at my favorite place. 

Tuesday morning my mom and I packed up all the stuff from my baby shower and took it to office depot to be sent to home. Then my uncle, step mom, and mom all took me to the airport.

I'm feeling quite large these days and I'm only 6 months. All baby Ollie wants me to do is rest and eat! My feet hurt so bad yesterday that I woke up to multiple leg cramps. Good morning to me :p However, my aunt sent us a plush mattress cover for our futon in the guest room so last night I put the mattress cover on my side of the bed. Slept like a dream! I didn't cry out every time I had to flip side to side. My pooch keeps kicking me off my side of the bed too. I constantly have to push my little bed hog over😘 This is my last week of working at Target. Even though I enjoyed the extra money and the privileged to do something other than housework, customers at target are horrible and I'm not going to miss them! Also, I hated being pushed to offer the red card. I realized the other day that everyone thinks I'm 16 and pregnant. No one wants a credit card from target to begin with but they really don't want one from a 16 year old. (Even though I'm 23). My work performance was based on those cards which I think is incredibly stupid. I showed up to work every time, never called in sick or did no shows, I worked late when they asked me to, and I never stole from them. I may have a few customer complaints but those are 100% not my fault. That's what my work performance should be based on. Oh well, now I'll have time to rest in my 3rd trimester(: I get to fly back home to Illinois on Thursday and I'm so excited. I'm going to hug my momma for three days straight! Even though I'll miss my hubby and pug, I've been really homesick. I don't go around complaining too much about it because nothing can be done. Just gotta get through it!

Yesterday was my friend Ali's baby shower. It went pretty well! We ate sloppy joes, Mac n cheese, veggies, and cupcakes. I made m&m buttons with blue m&ms for the blue theme. She got a lot of diapers and formula( just in case she can't breastfeed) but also a lot of books for her baby boy. After everyone left we watched guardians of the galaxy and ate Arby's. Apparently she had no idea we had in Arby's around us and she has been craving it. So that made her night (:
