My sweet old lady passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this past Friday on May 27. She was happy, playing with her doggy friends before her little heart suddenly gave out on her. She was 11.5 years old. I love her so much, my sunshine, and I have a hole in my heart where she used to be. We are both heartbroken and devastated. RIP, my sweet pea. An update! I received the rights back to RELEASING THE DEMONS from my publisher a few days ago. It's been removed from Amazon and Barnes and Noble as of right now, but I plan on giving it a read-through, do some minor edits, reformat it, and relaunch it myself. I'm guessing all it will require is for those who bought it to download the updated version on your end, but I'm still navigating my way through the self-publishing world, so I'll keep you all posted. I'm currently trying to get the rights back for the rest of the series (BB, VL, and the yet to be published FA), but regardless, I will be self-pubbing the last three planned books in the series (Shaul's, Kaj's, and Rome's stories). While I learned so much being traditionally published, I think I'm ready to take this career in my own hands and do things my way. Hopefully I don't botch it up, but I think I'll be better off in the long run.
