I remember that I had either minishifted or shifted but Iâd like to say I shifted since the experience felt so real. A year ago I had shifted to Avatar the way water. IFYKYK I WANTED TO SHIFT THERE SO BAD AFTER WATCHING THE MOVIE. I was like if i desire to be there why not shift, so thatâs kind of how I got into shifting again. This one night I had played a subliminal from Alunir. Mind you it wasnât a guided mediation because I really donât like them, she had made a subliminal to shift to ATWOW but later on deleted for who knows what. When I was playing that subliminal I laid on my back since I tend to like that position cause I feel the symptoms more easily. I was saying affirmations that was put in her description. While I was going to sleep since I really don't like to do methods. I remember I fell asleep and woke up. My vision was kind of hazy but I can still visibly remember how the place looked like when I woke up in my DR. I was laying down in grass and I was running my hands through the grass, I was also looking at my body. DUDE I SAW MY BLUE BODY. I was looking around but the only way I didnt look around was the left side and thats when I felt and SAW someone grab my arm, I don't remember if they called my name or not but whatever. After that happened I was spooked and had woken up in my OR. Once I had woken up I didnt open my eyes at all since I wanted to be able to shift back but in the end I didnt. Ajwyays back to when I woke up, my body felt so weird, my heart was beating like crazy, and there was flashing lights. But all I have to say is I believe I shifted but was a bit confused when I woke up in my DR. If I can shift then you can to!! Never tell yourself you'll never shift cause you will, even if you think you're one of the people that cant shift in the world, you're delusional. ANYWAYS HAPPY SHIFTING!!!
