My second trip to Outside Lands was pretty stellar. If I hadn't been so immersed in the music, I would have spent more time tweeting about the music immersion. Here's a quick recap through tweets I would have sent.

Oy, after a month long hiatus, I'm finally back. It's been a busy few weeks, with lots of traveling, eating, decorating and general merriment. A few highlights include:

Just like a modern day version of A River Runs Through It (at a concrete pond in Golden Gate Park, with no Brad Pitt), Meg and I perfected (began) our fly fishing skills last weekend.

Living is like tearing through a museum. Not until later do you really start absorbing what you saw, thinking about it, looking it up in a book, and remembering - because you can't take it all in at once.

I read first read this book when I was in high school and, like the generations of youth before me, I couldn't help but relate. Here's hoping the movie lives up to the hype.
