So... Cecil was totally some little punk rocker-esque kid for awhile there, growing up, right? Somewhere, at some point in his teenage/young adulthood? I like to think so.

(Also, this is like, my second ever attempt at WTNV art, and it's really just a sketch that got away from me- forgive my clumsy pen work, I'm still learning to draw. Building on other people's headcanons and images I've seen on tumblr, tweaking them and whatnot, you know?)
