Graham walked briskly through the park, his heart pounding with anticipation. He couldn’t quite comprehend his luck on the matter, winning the basket date with Eleanor, his Hermia. Though they had crossed paths and shamelessly flirted, even stolen a few kisses, to be on such a formal date seemed unimaginable. Of course, it was not a true courting, the money raised was for charity, and the meetings not a formal date - especially due to the fact he was still married to Aurora….but it was likely the most public he could be with her in such a setting.

As he approached the designated spot Graham’s gaze couldn’t help but soften at the sight of Eleanor, a soft smile coming to his lips as he made his way to her. Dipping into a slight bow, his voice was steady despite the thrill coursing through him. “It seems fate continues to bind us together my lady.”
