JOSH O'CONNOR as JUD DUPLENTICY in WAKE UP DEAD MAN: A Knives Out Mystery (2025) dir. Rian Johnson
jud punching the daylights out of the asshole deacon is so important to me because we learn later on that even though he hit the priest with a right hook, he’s actually a southpaw, which means that even when he allows his emotions to overcome him, he’s still trying his absolute hardest not to hurt people, he just wants people to be kind, god damn it
Going from Marta who literally threw up every time she tried to lie to Helen who was game to go to her sister’s murderer’s private island dressed as her and manages to extract motives and opportunities from everyone basically on her own, to Jud, who keeps running off to confess at basically every opportunity must have given Benoit such incredible amounts of whiplash
people talk about how we need to bring back "don't feed the trolls" rhetoric for modern internet ragebait and I agree but also I think the most useful thing from the Old Internet that I miss is LURKING
be a lurker. just read things and think about them without feeling the need to weigh in or call out or disseminate everything you encounter. it's so nice and so freeing and it's a good way to learn things.
I have frequently regretted getting involved in shit that didn't involve me online but you know what I've never regretted doing? Lurking. literally lurk moar
Lots of new art in the works but in the meantime there are still a few of last year's pieces available HERE in my Etsy shop!
There are two double-sided rainbow rabbit skeleton paintings, one cave pony painting, one five-lined Constellation fish painting, and one repainted porcelain unicorn figurine left that are looking for new homes <3
🌟 Year of the Snake 🌟

"A ship can never truly love an anchor." dude shut up. a ship without an anchor gets dashed against the rocks. it's useless, completely at the whim of the currents. a ship loves an anchor so much it carries it everywhere it goes. the anchor gives the ship the world to love. dude.
DUDE DON'T YOU DO THIS TO ME
Finally got around to doing a matching modern Fjord to go with my Jester from a few months ago.
