What is the Zelda Fan-Art feed and how do you get in it?

For those of you who use Bluesky or are just curious, I've been creating custom feeds for over half a year now - and the feed for Zelda fan-art is the one I'm most proud of. :)

In the interest of doing my little part to help artists get discovered, instead of leaving people in the dark on how the algorithm works like Twitter/Meta does, I've made a page on my website that'll tell you everything you need to know to get your fan-works into the feed!

I've done my best to make it as intuitive and easy-to-follow as possible for those who haven't spent hours in the RegEx mines, so if you have any feedback (or questions, suggestions, etc.) please let me know!!!

Just shows up in a bad toupee like "My name is Doctor Legman, I get my name from how long my legs are!"

Lanolin is like "That checks out!"

He continues "I heard you had an opening regarding the handling of explosives at the core of your base?"

And Lanolin replies "It just so happens that's exactly what we need! You're immediately hired to handle all the high explosives and nuclear ordnance we keep in the very middle of our heavily populated headquarters!"

Doctor Legman is overjoyed "Excellent, I'll make sure they 'don't' explode and kill you all after I make my escape!"

Lanolin is thrilled he understands the assignment "That's excellent, our massive stores of explosives not exploding is exactly why we were going to post a job listing an hour from now!"

Really baffling how complete garbage like that Diamond Cutters story from the Sonic Annual gets printed.

Easily the worst story in the annual (for all it can be called a story and not just a freeform collage of bad poetry and bad art) and even though I don't have high opinions of what they'll let through I'm still surprised they'd actually waste paper on that.

unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the pokémon assigning quiz has been canceled. instead, you must spin THE WHEEL, assigning you a random, unevolved, non-legendary and non-mythical pokémon. you must now go on some sort of world-saving adventure as this pokémon. good luck!

tell me in the tags what you rolled, and how you feel about it - for bonus points, you can spin the wheel again for (or just take your pick of) a pokémon to be your partner.

bonus rules:
