Bored so I’m finally posting about Radiostatic again. Mostly my opinions, and ranking. Not exact rankings because I don’t want to put in the work to quantify how I feel

Fem Al x Vox. Feels weird to me. I won’t judge those that like this it’s just not for me
VoxAl. I prefer bottom Vox. I know he wants to be a top so bad but he isn’t. A switch yes, but mostly a bottom. And I can’t see Al allowing anyone to lead him
Murdermedia. Human Al is gorgeous but I don’t like human Vox. Mostly I hate Vincent’s hair. I like his nose, eyes, and grey hair, but that’s it for me personally. I prefer the TV face so much. And I just prefer how they meet and interact in hell
Radiosilence. If Alastor doesn’t care about Vox at all then there is no point for me. That’s just boring. I don’t want a 100% untouchable Alastor. I need him to yearn, and mourn too. As long as Alastor has platonic feelings for Vox I am happy
Vox owning Alastor’s soul outside of how it’s down in cannon. So only short term. If it’s long term then it feels weird to me. No judgement though. I do like the trust Alastor has in Vox (even if it’s just Vox’s predictability), and knowledge of Vox in this dynamic though
Demon Al x Vincent or Demon Vox x Al. I don’t hate but I would never look up a fic for this. Just would enjoy the art and maybe the occasional comic. I think I do prefer the 2nd one a little more because I love TV Vox

Fem! Vox x Al. I enjoy the art. Usually I don’t go for the half genderbend of gay ships because it doesn’t add anything but this one does. Sadly at the cost of Vox’s internalized homophobia though. But Alastor’s view of masculinity, and women could make this one interesting
Aro/Ace 4 Aro/Ace Radiostatic. Very fun, and some interesting stuff to explore. Like one of them being lithoromantic. Like pure no romance Alastor decides to give dating a shot with Vox but then Vox’s crush disappears. I think Alastor would be a little annoyed because of whatever effort he did to get into a relationship with Vox, but he would be respectful, and move on. Maybe Vox’s crush would return. Then they’d both enjoy the dynamic of Vox’s unrequited crush more. Vox loves that he will never be loved back and can enjoy the crush, and keep crushing without judgement. While Al of course loves the attention, and maybe a bit of a confidence/ ego boost. As well as no expectations of the crush going anywhere. He can even tease Vox about it
Trans! Vox x Alastor. I understand the t4t headcanons too but they don’t do much for me. They are nice but mostly part of the background for me. Either way Vox transitions would make this interesting for me. I like the dynamic of Vox’s self hatred, and thinking Alastor would be disgusted. Then Al being accepting while also not fully handling it properly
Wasian Vox. I love it. Yes yes. Honestly anything that man can hate himself over but also learn to accept is tasty. Make him suffer

Past Radiostatic. How could I not adore this? The built up to the ansgt, the fluff. CRT Vox. Al both accidentally and purposely flustering him. Them being each others few / first friends / the closest thing they have to a true unconditional connection. Mwah
Vox dying. Yesss make that deer mourn. Maybe now that Vox is dead he lies to himself about the relationship. Since Vox isn’t alive to hurt, or expect anything from him he can fantasize about having a true good relationship with the other. He still very much knows and remembers the truth but enjoys lying to himself. Might be ooc idk. Like their relationship was perfect Vox never tried to use him, how silly. Maybe he gets Baxter to fix up Vox’s corpse so Alastor can watch Vox’s memories. Which would allow him to hear Vox’s voice again. Not the fake persona the other put on for TV and talk shows. Maybe he reenacts their old conversations in the bar like one would do their favorite scenes of a show. That way it still feels like he is talking to Vincent. Getting to hear all the jokes that made him laugh so hard back in the day. Having all of Vox’s memories something Vox’s other friends don’t have. Oh yeah I also forgot to mention him keeping the corpse
Alastor dying is also interesting but not as much. Honestly Vox thinking Alastor is dead is more interesting to me than Alastor being dead
Staticsilence. When in character it is so tasty. Ofc I would only want it to stay silence if its a short piece. Alastor not getting what he wants in the end is fun but if the fic or comic is long then I want Alastor to get what he wants. Alastor always gets what he wants hehehheh. Vox of course needs to at least have had platonic feelings in the past

Yesssss so delicious and with Alastor being upset at Vox’s reaction and their dynamic. Like Vox being scared of Alastor and very submissive with little bite out of fear of what Alastor would do to Val, and Velvete? Omg. Alastor wanting their old rivalry back so badly and trying everything. They both ruined their friendship and then they ruined their rivalry too. Also could do a less angsty crack version for shits and giggles.
Housewife Vox. Atticwife is wonderful. But I also like a au where Vox knows he would thrive in hell / has thrived but Alastor has him trapped and is forcing him to play the part of the wife. Vox knowing what he is missing is just fun to me. Also him complaining about having to clean Alastor’s ornate knickknack filled home

I imagine Vox’s higher ups and co workers often giving him pantalets, and info on plastic surgeons to fix it (idk if getting pantalets even makes sense but oh well). Alastor throws away any written information on the topic and threatens to kill Vincent if he ever gets his nose “fixed.”

Wendy seeing this, and it starts to change how they both see each other. For the first time someone is standing up for her, or at least consistency doing so rather than it being a one time thing. And he’s willing to give up his better treatment even though it benefits him
At first he wasn’t doing it for her. She just happened to be the victim, and the whole thing angered him. If they are going to talk rehabilitation, and lecture him about morals they should at least treat their students fairly. But then he saw how she was treated by the school, how much she hated Kade, and he doesn’t like it but he can’t see her the same. The first and only person to truly understand his hatred of this stupid school
After that they really aren’t seen apart. They still hate each other, but a little less, and the school much more. Slowly they both develop crushes that slowly grow until they realize they are there. “shit.”
At first they bite their tongue whenever someone is attacking the other. They don’t want to risk being possessive and someone getting the wrong idea. Until they both stop caring and will obliterate anyone who tries to harm their enemy. “They’re my enemy got it. Get your own!”

Helps that he can distract the teacher and cover for her so they never find out. She doesn’t always join him when he gets punished since he already gets his pretty lenient ones anyway. But she does have fun when she does
Wendy who was forced to wake up early because of a punishment is really tired and needs a nao. So she rests her head on Rev’s shoulder, and arcs her legs across his lap barely touching. He death glares anyone who even gets close to being a decimal too loud. Then after whisper shouting at a guy too much he gets angry and actually shouts waking her up. Then has to deal with a pissed grumpy Wendy

On October 22, 2023, I learned I was pregnant when a missile destroyed my husband’s family home, killing 25 members—his mother, siblings, nieces and nephews—entire branches of our family in seconds.
We were displaced twice. Everything was gone—home, safety, routine, rest.
A few weeks later, I gave birth to our daughter. There was no crib, no celebration—not even stillness. But she arrived, quietly and beautifully. In her eyes I saw something I hadn’t felt in weeks: life that still wanted to grow.
Now, our days are shaped by decisions that could dismantle the future we are trying to build together.
Today, Israel’s government is discussing plans for a full military occupation of the Gaza Strip, including Gaza City and southern regions. The stated aim: to eliminate Hamas and later hand governing control to allied Arab forces—not Israel—but with no clear path to peace or normalcy.
The humanitarian fallout is devastating. More than 61,000 Palestinians have died in this war; hunger and malnutrition are rising sharply. Hospitals in north Gaza have shut down, and 193 people have now died of starvation, nearly half of them children.
Aid remains blocked, water is scarce, and many risk dying of hunger or disease long before future promises arrive.
