anyways quick reminder that others do not hold onto issues/mistakes as harshly or for as long as our brains perceive them to! if u said something wrong and were corrected and apologised then chances are that person has already long since moved on from that moment!! if u made a joke u think everyone thought was annoying then chances are they literally didnt even think much about it aside from reading and moving on!

our rsd makes us believe our fears but most of the time others have already moved on from the convo and arent worried about it like we think they are.... just a bit of advice thats helped me a bit with my rsd

people who are like “adhd shouldnt be classified as a disorder/wouldnt be a disorder without capitalism” have you experienced executive dysfunction or rejection sensitive dysphoria??? first of all it makes your life harder regardless of the fucking economical system you’re living in because it has nothing to do with capitalism when you cant get up to pee for 7 hours and feel like everyone secretly hates you for a typo you made in a facebook post
