Most cafés (in my area, at least) serve mostly black tea blends. In all tea, the darker the colour, the stronger the taste. Even with milk, a steeped black tea should have some kind of tint of colour to it. This is.... Pale.

By the ring around the surface, you can see the liquid isn't opaque, but translucent. This isn't a cup of milk- it's diluted, so it's not even "tea brewed with milk"- it's legit an attempt at *classic tea*.

Additionally, and I'm guessing on this one, because it's so thin, but I think it may be actual skim milk and not cream or whole milk? Nothing terrible about that, just that it'll have even LESS taste and no added texture

Black tea is to be steeped for at least a minute after a full boil, at which point it is a warm amber brown. If you cool it down by adding milk first, it takes a really long time to steep to the point it tastes like anything substantial. Judging by how MUCH milk is in this, it *might* taste like tea in... oh, a couple hours.

There is no string. Where is the string. The string with which you may remove the teabag. Where did it go. Did they cut it off. Why. You'd have to scoop it out with a spoon and have a wet puddle on your saucer or squeeze it out and bruise the leaves and get everything all bitter. Or leave it in and let the taste get stronger and colder and more bitter the longer you drink it. Jesus christ (edit: why yallnt have string.)

Tall, tall cup. Full to brim. So much water. So much milk. So little tea. Even blander

This will taste like vaguely herbal watered-down milk.
