have you met ARTORA TRIALD yet? She is a TWENTY-EIGHT year old CIS HUMAN WOMAN. they’re originally from OPUCHI and now show loyalty to THE EMPIRE. they are best known for being an INQUISITOR, and i hear they’re pretty RELENTLESS yet also PERSISTENT at times
THE PAST
All Artora knew was pain, was fear. This was the life she was raised with and stuck with. If she left, where would she go? She would be hunted down like the jedi she had been trained to her whole life.
It was all she knew. Taken from a young age, her father was a jedi who had left the order to be with her mother, but that didn’t stop the inquisitors from hunting him. He had been protecting her, but with him dead an opportunity was realized. Artora clearly had the force, but they could train her to be a warrior, to hunt the worthless and pathetic jedi like they had lied her father was.
It was a life of pain, of torture, but it was all she knew. Hunt the jedi, train to become stronger and better and use their powers against themselves. It was either that or death. And being trained under the inquisitors and darth vader, death was always too close for comfort.
THE PRESENT
Artora has been searching for Ezra Bridger. Of course the inquisitors know that he’s alive, that he has power and information and there is still a chance of swaying him to the dark side, or at least get revenge for the inquisitors lost thanks to him and his companions. She’s been following a lead for quite some time now and is close to getting what is needed, and there has been opportunity to kill a few people along the way. That always seemed to be the easy part.
PERSONALITY
Like most inquisitors, Artora is cold, relentless, driven by the task at hand and unwavering in her lack of mercy. Mercy is for the jedi and fools. A cold exterior and seemingly heartless, she had no backstory like most inquisitors. She wasn’t a padawan or jedi master that was taken in by the darkness, or tortured into it. She was raised into it and she reflects as such. There’s no anger at betrayed masters or comrades. And underneath the cold is fear, constant fear for her life, so far down she couldn’t even recognize it.
