I love the idea of Alfred being in a relationship with Martha and Thomas. Bruce grows up hearing about how "your parents were the sweetest people I have ever met, Master Bruce. I look at you and see their best qualities." Bruce sneaks out of bed and sees Alfred standing in the hallway, his head pressed against a painting of his parents, silently crying. Alfred brings up his parents at every opportunity, without even realising it. "I thought we could go out today, Master Bruce. Your father always wanted to take you ice skating, he thought it was very fun. Where is your scarf, dear boy?" When Bruce realises the way he feels about his male classmates is the same as his female ones, he goes to Alfred and cries when he is hugged and cradled and comforted. He wonders how his parents would feel, and Alfred banishes all the bad ideas. "Nonsense. Your mother was incredibly supportive. She would want you to love whoever you wanted."

It's only decade later, after adopting a billion children, that Tim comes out. He is bisexual, and he has two boyfriends, and he is proud of himself and- "Ah, a man after my own heart. Martha and Thomas would be so happy to see how the world has changed."

Wade: You know what else is important? Making sure we keep giving Disney the middle finger despite our inability to stop sucking their tits for content because at the end of the day, we're all victims of capitalism.
