It wasn’t often that Garfield got the chance to visit his friends from the Young Justice now with his career and with how easy it is for him to bring attention to himself. Artemis was one of his favorites to hang out with though, and he tried to see her along with the others as much as he could. He had entered the apartment with his hoodie up, sunglasses drawn up over his eyes, and yet she was able to tell who he was so quickly! His green skin probably didn’t help with camouflage, in hindsight. “I, uh....” He walked through the door, head tilted at the sight of the girl as he closed it behind him. “Yeah, I am!” He quickly put on a smile, seeing how excited she looked to see him. He pulled down his hood and removed his glasses. “But, uh, you can call me Garfield. I didn’t know Artemis had people staying with her. What’s your name?”

So I’ve decided that 1) from now on YJ Gar’s design will be my default animation gar regardless of what animated verse I am playing him in, though I am still mixed canon. 2) My Gar is not going to be entirely YJ or Teen Titans based but I am willing to start incorporating more YJ elements into my portrayal now. I didn’t like how they established his character in s1 but now with that episode that came out and how it corrected the mistakes from s1 that I didn’t like, I am more open to using more of YJ inspired elements in my portrayal. I might flat out add a YJ verse but we’ll see how the rest of the season goes before I decide that.
