Day 10
Okay so I've fallen off track already but I realize what I'm doing where I'm heading and where u want to be so I'm getting things back in track. I think I might start doing a motivational pic or text each day to remind my self not to fall off again. Any suggestions or comments are always welcomed.

Day 6
Not doing the best in my diet. I need to clean that up. Any suggestions on a budget that my daughter will also eat if accepted. But I did day 2 of my first 30 day workout system and actually completed it.

I did my first workout today. I didn't realize I was so out of shape all the more reason to work harder.
I want to change MY thighs and belly the most and I will change them.
Day 4
I bought a low impact 30 day workout system excited to see how it goes I used to be extremely active a devoted athlete but I have bad knees sense I was a baby with every year they have gotten worse because it's been years sense I've been active so until I get my knees strong again low impact stuff for me.
