Bellowed air of heated insufflation stammered through parted tiers. A light drift lapping against chilled moisture had brushed upon the lower of the two glistening laps. The only sound being the echo of coursing waves, each surfing the next, only to collapse upon the grains of sandy terrain that lay beneath the black soles of beige boots, both embroidered with white rabbit pelt. Something she spent much of her time slaving over in her previous life-- Oerba.

Several taps of metal dipping into the depths of sinking ground had sounded through the air. Arms stretched toward their outwards as beads dangled, jingling in their journey. An excited gasp pulled through her lungs, as her posterior had arched, both irises simultaneously wrapping themselves with the sigh of an older-looking woman. A professional exterior, indeed... she looked like a soldier--

Slender extremities of ivory flesh held all of her weight captive within its strength that seemed to be giving in to the temptations of failure ever-so rapidly. Creatures in which she'd thought she'd never laid the irises of cyan hue upon had just disintegrated within the air, each disappearing with the strikes of the Belladona Wand, previous strikes all landed with a holler of enthusiasm. Her spirit wore fatigue as her exterior had overworked itself into exasperation.

In her state of used emotion, green crystals had shifted from the antler-like material, up toward the man in which she'd only just noticed-- his presence... it seemed to familiar-- so dim... so lost. Almost as if it were embedded with the sadness of worry. But, she knew... he was not one to associate with. He deserved no sympathy.

Light droplets of moisture formed but a trickling sensation about the ivory flesh, encased in what was so little of heated attire. Dank clouds formed about the air, leaving each breath thick and muggy in its journey. A light sigh blew from the puffed cheeks of breath, that seemed to be deflating ever-so rapidly.

A bittersweet aroma had overwhelmed her heart with remembrances. It had been so long since she last felt the rain tickle against her pores in the clouded darkness, lit only by the lights of street lamps and the like. Her emotions seemed so entangled within the mindless adventure, that she almost hadn't noticed the other at all. A gasp withdrew from parted tiers as a spark had lit her spine and ignited a bounce through her entirety.
