REGIME is one of our artists that we would like to introduce. He is one of our street artists, digital artists, and clothing artist. We asked him to introduce himself and this is what he had to say: "I'm glad that I'm part of XCUSE. It's just a bunch of fucking weirdos just like me. I am Regime. When you think of me, I want you to think of the acidity in the world. The weird part of society that makes everyone uncomfortable. That's who I am. Am I the Illuminati? Maybe. No one knows. All I have to say is that you better be prepared. For what? I don't fucking know."

Specializing in stencil and cutout work, expect to see more and more of his signature headshot smiley popping up. The city of Syracuse, NY should expect to see his work early 2015, and NYC itself later that year.
