Red Dwarf has the episode Parallel Universe in which the crew jump to a parallel universe where gender roles are reversed (and cats are dogs) and literally every member of the crew tries to fuck themselves at some point. The only two who actually do are the Listers (resulting in male Lister getting pregnant with twins because anatomy is also opposite and being in the parallel universe means that their physical law applies) and the Hollys (artificial intelligences who are just heads on a screen so ymmv on what’s actually considered sex for them). They have to return to their original universe but male Holly is so in love with female Holly that he becomes her for the next 3 seasons. If you do want to watch it, just a warning that the episode provides commentary on misogyny so it includes sexual harassment (Rimmer’s whole character is that he’s a terrible person so he’s kind of like 1989’s version of an incel and he ends up having a role reversal where his female opposite treats him the way he treats women). Also, the episode opens with a completely unrelated musical number lol.
