everyone always laughs at how miraculous is a kids show..... mf that man has his supposedly dead! wife! in his basement .. without his child’s knowledge !! of whom he also emotionally and physically neglects !! leaving him to have nightmares and multiple trauma responses which especially manifest in his desire to be another person entirely in avoidance -which he actually has the capability to do !! but the dad is also avidly trying to kill his own son when he is in that form yet somehow, that experience is still more enjoyable than being in his family household ! with said killer ! ......and that’s just the agreste family

so now baby i must ask you ... how aged are the children ??

okay wait a damn minute if you’re in the mlb fandom... STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND READ THIS.... it’s a game changer like i really think i did something here and oh no it just needs to be read.....

OKAY so we all remember in the last episode of season 3 (miracle queen) , master fu hands over the miracle box to Marinette, and then loses his memory. like this man doesn’t remember who marinette is and even when he arrives at the train station at the end of the episode, he doesn’t recognize the love of his life (don’t remember her name sorry but her ⬇️)

he says, “it’s incredible. my heart is beating as if I’ve known you forever”. meaning he does not remember her at. all. this was probably because he was the guardian the whole time he knew her (because he’s been the guardian since he was like 12? or smth). so, when he gave up the box and lost his memories he essentially forgot her too.

going back to when he lost his memories... waze says “it’s a rule of the guardians. their memories get erased when they pass on the box to protect the secret identities of the miraculous’s holders”.

so now, does that mean when mari hands over the miracle box (since she is the new guardian), does that mean she’s going to forget everything that happens from now on? like she’ll remember her friends cause they are separate from her life as ladybug... BUT does that mean that cat noir and ladybug will never remember each other or their memories together. like from now on, she’s the keeper of the box so once it’s passed on she’s gonna forget all ties to that life, right?

i guess that means no remembering adrien either... well... as long as they don’t reveal themselves... that’s right... you heard me... NO. REVEAL. because as soon as there’s a reveal adrien is now connected to mari’s superhero / guardian life as opposed to him just being apart of her regular day to day life.

recap: mari’s now the guardian which probably means season 4+ she won’t remember. this includes cat noir because she needs to keep his identity a secret as well (probably will remember adrien as long as there’s no reveal).

BUT THEN, this got me thinking. what if they didn’t have to forget and could just keep a secret. what if instead of passing down the box/superhero identities, they destroyed them. i know what you’re saying... “WHAT! but that can’t happen cause then who will fight the bad guys :((” .... well if they destroy all the miraculous’s there won’t be a hawkmoth or someone to abuse their power if the miraculous’s simply don’t exist......

so yeah that was my something that i haven’t been able to stop thinking about for a week since rewatching. i hope that made sense...

what do you guys think? i’d really, reallly like to know we could go so much more in depth but yeah :)

here me out... BUFF MARINETTE

i’d die to see buff marinette,,, like it literally makes so much sense — ladybug is contantly running around, carrying things, throwing her body weight around like marinette has got to be so hecking strong and id just love to see that — this could also lead to a very important character arc for marinette because her strength could make her less clumsy which in turn would lead to a more confident marinette... ↪️strong mari ➡️ less clumsy ➡️ boost in confidence ↩️ ....so yeah i’d die for that please take my money and make it happen yep yep
