Just imagined the scene where they’ll meet again (in S3) at least in human form… lol I like the fact that Enid can become human again while retaining part of her werewolf side yk
the new chapters have been realized 😍😍 so I decided to draw my babies ☝️ bc ik we’re not going to see sayaka in a while… (she deserves so much better) imagine that on my art Kirari is saying things like “I love you” or “I’m okay being the emperor w no clothes until I’m w u” (very romantic anyaway) BYE BYE
hiii!! It’s been a long time tumblr, I can’t wait for the next chapter I miss Kakegurui soooo much and Kirasaya too lmao <3 Now, I have a new tablet for drawing and I hope I have upgraded since last time I’ve been there ahah
I have no idea what to write here lol and yes I'm not dead... unfortunately
so I put this here, even if I don't show up much I'm still active (sorry for my English which is really bad).
Hello hello, here for the prompt post! What about Yukimi befriending Mary's gang by random? I feel like Yukimi doesn't receive all the attention she deserves :(
As I was struggling to come up with a scenario, yours was one of the hardest I had to work with. I might have tweaked it a bit, I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless!
(The Wiki said Yukimi might or might not have had feelings for Tzuzura, though I don't think I caught any hint of that in Twin so far. Anyways, if you squint there's a ship or two here.)
For being Friday, the bar seemed even more crowded than usual. High school kids changed out of their uniforms in the bathrooms before coming to sit elbow to elbow with the first business men, who were already slackening their ties before the happy hour.
People everywhere, orders to give and to forget, the speakers that spoke over them all, shouting songs that came from the other end of the ocean. In the middle of that chaos, it would have been easy to be mistaken.
At least that’s what Saotome kept telling herself as, from time to time, she dunk her gaze in the crowd in order to keep observing unobserved.
She knew she wasn’t the only one. She was hiding, the little rascal. She had always been petite, and the two years that had gone by didn’t change that. Sitting behind a gargantuan man and his girlfriend, Saotome watched the other stare into her coffee as if she was looking for something in it.
“Maybe she’s looking for all the time she’s lost,” she thought, with a scoff.
Again though, it would have been easy to be wrong. Even easier to pretend it.
The best choice, then. Pushing her ponytail behind her shoulders as kings do with their capes, Mary crossed her arms and waited in line her turn. She still had to book a table. As the outside was even more packed than the inside of the bar, she hoped to be luckier.
What she hadn’t considered though, was that by advancing she would soon find herself just a few steps away from the very person she had been trying to avoid.
That was her first mistake. The second was that she found herself staring at her more than she should have.
“Well, fuck,” thought Mary as their gazes met.
It wasn’t her fault if the other felt compelled to open her mouth to speak first.
“Mary…? You’re Saotome Mary, aren’t you?”
A split second to decide whether she should have played dumb or not. There had been a time though, when the hands around that coffee had been the same that counted her money.
“Yukimi,” replied Mary. “It’s been a while.”
Under the mop of dark hair, a bit longer than what Saotome remembered, her old club mate offered a sheepish smile. The glasses weren’t the same either. Now they were a bit bigger, showing more of her face.
“It has,” said Yukimi. She seemed unable to decide whether to get up or remain seated. “How have you been?”
“Fine. The usual. What about you?”
As another customer got out of the way, Saotome stepped forward. She called upon all the gods she knew in order to make the line move faster.
“Yeah,” said Yukimi, “I’ve been… I’ve been well. Working.” She showed the pad she’d been writing on.
“Keeping you busy,” said Mary. It was meant to be a question. She grimaced internally.
“You could say that, yeah,” Yukimi chuckled. “Getting ready for college. You’ll go too, yeah?”
“Please God, not the conversational ping pong.”
Saotome replied, “Yes. I’ve been considering some places.”
“Right...”
Silence fell between them as the speakers kept blasting their music. Yukimi cleared her throat. Saotome stepped aside to let a waiter and his full tray through.
“How,” started Yukimi. She pushed her glasses up her nose. “How’s school been? You still go there…?”
“I do, yes.”
“Everything okay?”
“The Election ended. The person who ruined the Academy is gone. She didn’t leave as quietly as you two though…”
“Yeah,” said Saotome.
She patted her pockets down as if looking for something, crossed her arms again.
“You know,” said Yukimi. “I did try to keep in touch…”
“I know. It’s all right.”
A short pause. Then, “I hope you don’t hate me for what happened.”
“No, no,” Saotome looked at the point of her shoes. “I get it. That place just works like that. Worked.”
“I told you that it’s alright. Please, drop it.”
“I just…I couldn’t remain. I know that things could have gone well with the club. After Tzurura though...”
Saotome’s nails dug in her forearm. She glanced at the other end of the bar, as if seeing someone she met, then back at Yukimi.
“It happens.”
Yukimi smiled sadly. “You could say that, yes. I was just unlucky. She always preferred you after all. You were her prince.”
Saotome opened her mouth to reply. She felt someone’s hand around her elbow.
“Mary?”
Yumeko was at her side, looking between her and Yukimi. Behind her, Suzui and Itsuki were trying not to get swallowed by the crowd. Ririka had reached her side as quiet as a cat.
“You wouldn’t come back, so we got worried.”
“It’s alright. I just met an old friend.” Mary hesitated before introducing Yukimi. Ririka’s eyes observed her, unreadable and still. It would have been hard to say who anchored who when Saotome reached for her hand.
“These are my classmates now,” she said to Yukimi.
The other’s gaze moved from Yumeko, who still had her hand on Saotome’s arm, to Ririka, who, cold and impassible, would have passed for a statue if it wasn’t for that warmth in Mary’s fingers. Yukimi nodded to herself, as if befuddled.
Saotome cursed all the gods she knew of as the other said, “I see you never change.”
again me and my crazy drawings xD
This time I tried to do the "Go for it Nakamura!" challenge with Yumeko' and Mary of course, with our little Mary all uncomfortable and red thinking about Yumeko!
It was a lot of fun to draw and I don't think I've ever seen a Yumary with this challenge.
Anyway, have a nice day, bye ! 🦀 (sorry, the quality is really rotten and if you want to repost on another platform, please credit me : xpastell__, thanks ! )
“The person who takes his or her partner's hand in this way acts as a guide.
Someone who wants to show his or her partner the right way or reassure him or her that the future is bright.
Holding hands in this way is also a way of showing that the bond between the two partners is strong and that they are both looking in the same direction.”

“They who walk around holding hands in this way tend to have a much deeper connection.
Holding hands with fingers crossed means that both partners have clearly moved beyond pure physical attraction.
They have very intense and deep feelings for each other.
The partners prove that they care deeply for each other.”
I just imagine that Yumeko would only worry about Mary and besides Ryota would find it weird that she still wants to help her and know if she's okay or not. I’d even think Ryota might have figured it out and help Yumeko to get Mary back. That for example, Ryota advises her to buy flowers to give to Saotome and Yumeko would have really bought a very very big bouquet and Mary would be in total incomprehension when she receives the bouquet. Like, "HUH??? You shouldn't have bought so many flowers... " And she wouldn't even know what to do with them lol. I would see Mary take one of the flowers and hang it in Yumeko's hair and Yumeko would be so happy, like a child opening a present on her birthday <3
Ok ok I stop... I know it's boring my crazy ideas xd
I'm not a Meariri shipper but I think it's so cute how Mary believes and protects Ririka. I think Mary will give everything she has to help Ririka even though I don't think they will win in the end but never mind, they will surely have strengthened the bond at the end of this fight! Their relationship is really beautiful and reminds me of the one with Tsuzura, a strong friendship, with a simple look you can understand what the other one is thinking. I could imagine Mary and Ririka laughing together at the end, well here it is :) I just wanted to share my opinion
Sorry, I'm posting this drawing late! (two days late oof) It was originally a drawing for Mary's birthday but too bad!
Since fanarts of Mary and Tsuzura are very rare, I decided to make one because I simply love this ship!
