Just stab the wool into shape
Is that what needle felting is? I though you needed some sort of base?
This is what felting is. It’s a very good hobby for somebody who enjoys stabbing ^u^ what do you think I do all day?
Really thought he was gonna get a giant great wig….hoping actually
Wanna know how it works?
Those needles have barbs that catch and tangle the fibers of the roving (the term for that loose wool) together. The more you stab it the more tightly-packed and the more firm the object becomes. It takes a lot of little stabs to smooth out the texture on the surface and is best done with a single fine gauge needle.
Fun fact: the longer you use a felting needle the sharper it becomes, as the wool polishes the point.
This doesn’t bode well for your fingers but hey. It’s a fun art filled with cute projects, lots of stabbing, blood, and swearing.
Humans are so ingenious damn
I’ve seen this video before along with the rest, and I never new how
Hey stapping something to make it pretty

Excuse me what
Happy #internationalwomensday here are some of my idols and what they’ve done. . . . Emma Watson - started the He for She movement, is part of the Times up movement, and is part of UNICEF Frida Kahlo - is the star of surrealism, was the first Mexican Woman to be recognized as a true artist, was politicly active in the 1930s, was openly bi. Lupita Nyong’o - is an Kenyan-Mexican Woman who stared in Black Panther, 12 years a salve, and is part of the Times up movement. Letitia Wright - stared in Black Panther, she was my favorite character, has participated in the women’s march. Lauren Jauregui - is a Cuban-American woman who supports the DREAMers, is openly bi, and has participated in countless of women’s rights movements. Hayley Kiyoko - is openly gay, and includes them specifically in the music she creates. She has then increased the lgbtq+ representation in the media. Salma Hayek - is part of the #timesup movement. She spoke out against Harvey Weinstein. Obviously she is a feminist. Eartha Kitt - was an activist in the 1950s, created the foundation for “Rebel with a Cause” , and was a vocal advocate for LGBT rights. Rowan Blanchard - a young activist. She is openly a Pansexual. She has participated in #heforshe and of course for the lgbt community. She is part of the UN, and constantly speaks out against gun violence and sticks up for dreamers. Halsey - she has many times stood up for women’s rights especially when it comes to women being heard. She has spoken about sexual abuse including hers. She is an activist for women’s health and lgbt heath since she identifies a bisexual woman.
