I've been busy lately. So much work goes into making a record. The last year and a half of my life, so many things have happened that I wouldn't believe were possible. I have 2 songs on the radio and I'm scheduled to do 4 live on air interviews this summer. Somewhere in between there we're doing a music video and going on tour. We have a manager now, a promotion company, we get paid to play shows. This is everything I've ever wanted in my life. I didn't get any sleep tonight because I was so busy planning for my future as a musician. The only thing I would change about my life now is the constant loneliness and being unable to shake how empty I feel. I just want to love again, but I don't think I can. 7 months ago my heart was destroyed and I found myself triple dosing anxiety medication to numb myself out and go through life as a zombie. Now I'm afraid to open up and let people in. Music is all I have left, everything else is just fucked.
