scarlett-baldwin:
Digging away into her bag frantically, the goddamn house key wasn’t there. She breathed in and out deeply, her fingers running through her hair, and covering her face. Shit, I locked myself out of my house again she thought to herself. “Crap, I locked myself out of my house, I forgot my keys in my house this morning before I locked myself out I was listening to Lady Gaga and forgot to grab my key. I was running late for work and I just ran for it” she explained to the other, “Can I stay at yours for the night? I’ll cook or pay for dinner I promise.” She continued babbling on, “Or can you stay with me until I call someone?I don’t want to wait until it gets dark” Scarlett was in total shock that this had happened again, it had turned out this had been the week from hell, and she hadn’t been as organised as she usually was.
“Absolutely,” Romeo replied without much hesitation, even before she’d finished speaking. He didn’t want to appear over-excited, but he had always had a general understanding of helping others in need. “Do you need to pick up any toiletries or something? We can stop by a drug store and get’cha a toothbrush? Some mouthwash? Anything you need. Clothing-wise, sorry,” he added as he rubbed the back of his neck. “I don’t have any, like, women’s clothing. Not sure if I should,” he furrowed his brows slightly. “But! I’m sure some’a my sisters clothes are hangin’ up in the guest bedroom--- if you need ‘em, of course.”
