“Oh! That would be awesome!” He said with a big smile. Luis liked the paper, or at least didn’t mind it as much as he thought he would. It gave him something to do, and he liked writing articles when he had the chance. “Oh! My friend is actually over in Raleigh, so it was a weekend thing, yup. Were you here for the…er, incident?”

Cassie left campus to campus to visit family friends, they did nothing really, but she couldn’t explain that to Luis without sounding boring. Luis is cute, and she couldn’t look boring in front of a cute guy. So she ignored that part of the question all together. “Oh my God, Raleigh is amazing! What did you do there? Hopefully you didn’t get into too much trouble.”

Oliver: Why do you want to know their names? I didn't even knew the names of most of them.

Oliver: I just want to forget all about it.

“I…yeah I definitely heard. I was here this weekend unfortunately, for the entire thing. What exactly do you want to know?” Zoey was trying to put it all behind her, not dwell on her mistakes, but here they were about to be put in the newspaper.

“Let’s start from the beginning.” Cassie had struck a cord with Zoey, it seemed. Perfect. “Were you one of the ones affected?”

Morgan was headed to the dining hall for some lunch when a student suddenly appeared. “Oh, uh…” She checked the time on her phone. She didn’t have to teach her next class for another forty five minutes. She’d just eat a granola bar if she didn’t have time to eat an actual meal. “Sure, I have some time. What’s up?”

“Oh my God, thank you. Okay, first things first, please state your name.” Cassie clicked her pen and began writing. “So tell me, when did you first notice that things were a little different on campus?”

Oliver: ...A couple of people I'd rather not mention so that I can forget about it all.

Cassie: A couple of people???!!! Oliver wtf.

Cassie: No, you are not brushing this under the rush, nasty. Who were they?

Alex was walking along when she heard someone yell and her eyes adverted up. Being on high alert for whoever it may be. The last thing she needed was some boys ex finding her and wanting to fight her because she slept with them during a spell. Seeing it was Cassie made her loosen up a little bit until she saw the paper and pen in the girls hand. “Really? Do I get to choose what questions I answer? Plus are you going to quote me on any of this?”

Seeing Alex act so on edge only made Cassie more intrigued. “Geez Alex, what were you doing the past few days?” Cassie had hoped that she wasn’t having as much sex as Oliver. Hell, she hoped she wasn’t having sex with Oliver. She really didn’t want to think about her cousin and her close friend in that way. Cassandra smirked. “I won’t quote you if I don’t want me to.”

Dani stopped in her tracks, turning back to the sound of the student asking her a question. “I’m sorry, I wasn’t here for the potions club thing. I really can’t comment on it, but should you be doing this so soon after?” She knew that it was news and a good story, but the people that it had happened to were still picking up the pieces. “Were you not here for it? A lot of people are still picking up the pieces of their lives, so I say tread with caution,” she warned.

Picking of the pieces of their lives. Cassie quickly jotted that down. “ I wasn’t here actually, but what do you mean when you say that? What would you say was so terrible about the situation that caused people to have to recover? Did somebdy die?”

“Uh, I was visiting a friend this weekend, so yea, probably won’t be much help here!” Luis smiled and shrugged. “But hey, you got that story? I bet it’s going to be totally killer!”

“Oh, um, thanks Luis. Maybe I’ll let you read it first.” Cassie blushed, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear. For a second she forgot what it was she was going to ask him. “So, your friend. Where does he live?”

Zoey was minding her business, going about her day, still slightly under the radar with her hood up when she heard the familiar voice calling her name. She stopped, taking down the hood that she was wearing, looking at Cassie then. “W-what recent events, Cassie?” She hoped that it wasn’t what she thought it was.

“Oh my God, you didn’t hear?” Cassie gasped. “So apparently the potion club had everyone going crazy. I wasn’t around to bear witness most of it, but maybe you know something?”

The Potion Pandemic. The name wrote itself, really. After weeks of trying to figure out a story for the paper one finally fell into her lap. Cassie regrets leaving campus and missing most of what happened, but now she had to get to bottom of it all. “Hey, excuse me!” She zoned in on a potential eye witness. Moving over with pen and pad in hand. “Do you have time to answer a few questions and the most recent events on campus?”

Cassandra sighed, feeling sorry for the girl, she could only imagine what pain the potions club must have caused her.  “You want to talk about it, hun? I have no where to be.”

“It’s a Thursday night. What do you mean you’re too tired to go to the bar? Who are you? My grandma is more active than you.”

It had been quite an eventful day for Oliver and it was just starting, walking through the halls with a smirk on his lips, he felt just full of confidence, he actually spared more than just a couple of words to the people that talked to him. “Well damn, hey there sexy.” He greeted with a playful wink. “I like the shirt… would look much better on my floor though.”

“Oliver!”   -- Not that Cassandra judged people who engaged in incestuous activities,  she was not interested in participating in this lifetime. She gave her cousin a shove on the shoulder. “What the hell is your deal, freak?” His entire demeanor was unnerving, Cassie almost wanted to smack the smirk  right off his face.
