Yuzuru Hanyu dominates men’s individual opening skate

Japanese figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu finished his opening routine of the men’s individual event with a final score 111.68, the second-highest Olympic score ever in the event.

‘Ice Prince’ Yuzuru Hanyu defies injury to win gold

Japan’s Yuzuru Hanyu said he had never “fully healed” from the serious injury that almost threatened his Olympics after clinching the first back-to-back men’s figure skating title in more than six decades.
