Dear Granddaddy: 1 year ago you decided to no longer be here with us anymore. Your body decided to take the eternal rest. 1 year... how time flies... This year without you, it has been so damn hard, for my mom, most of the time... It is super super sad how ended all this; I don't know how a death can break the "thing named family" or at least what I considered "my family", but now it's just me, mom & the doggies (it always has been like this anyways)...
