"I don't think so either. It'll be a memento of the night. Not about to hog the camera though," she joked, since it did seem like people were enjoying it. She did find it charming, seeing her fair share of other guest books in her line of work over the years. Taking a few steps back so she wasn't as close to the lens, she smiled for the camera, waiting a moment for the flash. "Thank you, darlin'," she grinned at Reyna, moving back over to the table to see her handiwork and sign it once the picture came out.
"If anything, we can make a stop at the photo booth too," Reyna suggested with a giggle. They would get photos, one way or another. Once Kennedy took place, Reyna went ahead and took the photo of the blonde. "You're very welcome!" Reyna pulled the photo, waiting for it to develop. Once it was ready to go, she handed it to Kennedy. "Here you go!"
"Thank you!" She smiled and hugged her friend, "you look great too ya know!" She grinned and nodded, taking in her friend's dress, giving a playful whistle. "Ready to party?"
"Aw, thank you!" Reyna giggled at Natasha's whistle. "I couldn't show up to your wedding looking a mess." Not that Reyna ever left the house not looking put together. "If I can steal you from everyone.." she nodded, more than happy to get some time with the bride. "Dance?" she held her hand out for Natasha to take.
Mingling with the other guests after dinner and a few spins around the dance floor, Kennedy realized she hadn't signed the guestbook. Heading to the table, she noticed the dark-haired woman, offering a bright smile. "Hey, Reyna!" she greeted, seeing the book already featured many of the happy guests, with pictures attached as a neat memento. "Not yet, care to snap a quick photo for me? Or maybe we can get one together so I can stick it in the guest book?"
"I'll take your picture!" Reyna nodded with a bright grin. "I'll take one of you for the guest book, my face is already in there. I don't think anyone will care if we snap a couple for ourselves." She laughed at the idea, truly in on taking a couple of polaroids for themselves. However, priority was Kennedy's solo shot. Reyna held up the camera, "smile!"

Reyna was signing the guest book, wrapping up her signature when she looked up and spotted a familiar face. "Hey Ken! Did you get to sign yet or still need to?" she asked, holding the marker out in case the blonde wanted it, ready to pick up the camera for Kennedy.

"Congratulations! You look beautiful!" Reyna approached Natasha, blowing a kiss as she leaned in for a hug. The ceremony had been beautiful, the reception so far a fun time. She didn't want to keep the bride long but was happy to steal her away for a second.

CJ would walk into Bardales Inc to start her day of work she sometimes does not expect or when can come from the job it can be stressful at times and some days can be long other days can be short depending on what's going on walking up to her office and sits down in the chair looking over some legal documents that's on her desk. "I hope today it not so long if it is I'll just mange." she said to herself.
"If it ends up being that long of a night, we can do late night nachos and a couple of beers at Mack's," Reyna offered with a shrug as she stood in CJ's office doorway. "In the meantime, I brought bagels and coffee. They're in the break room."
There is, someone actually had their son reach out about a league in town. Going to meet with a few of them this weekend post the Halloween fun. Wonder what the equivalent would be, but don't worry I won't the the Halloween-time Scrooge. Thankfully for the world I won't be donning a sexy costume but I will admit I am looking forward to gearing up for Christmas post all Halloween stuff that we've had the last several weeks.

I really think that you're just basing 'cool' off of what you like, as though you're the... epitome of music, probably while you're dancing around to something that most people would cringe at. Just guessing. No, I don't. I think that you should use decorating your own home as good practice for more home staging. Besides, don't you want to add your own personal touch to everything? I don't have a personality, so I simply don't have to worry.
I don't think I'm the epitome of cool, I just can also tell you that stuff isn't cool, on general consensus. I'm sure lots of people find my taste in music lame, so it's not even that. I'm not sure how many 20-somethings are playing an Etta James record the way I do. But I'm not ashamed to dance around to a Lady Gaga track from 2010 either. Ugh! You suck! I am not happy already having to take down the Halloween crap. In a few weeks, I have to switch everything over to Christmas. It's a lot.
"It's as if I don't have the ability to be nice," Vince smirked with a shake of his head. He laughed. "And hey, it wouldn't be us if I didn't tease you just a little bit," he chuckled as they walked and he ducked under some branches just by his head.
"Capable, maybe. Likely, debatable." Reyna maintained her dismissive attitude. "You're lucky I still choose to hang out with you." She had to like him enough to spend time with him, but she wasn't going to admit how close they were to his face.
Not much you can do about that other than… well, accepting it and doing your best to age gracefully. Which I think you will. That's because you don't have any taste when it comes to music, obviously. Oh no, absolutely not, because that means I would no longer be able to gate keep the people who work for me, and they wouldn't be available to me twenty-four seven. You're young, despite your worries. Learn to use the ladder.
I will take the compliment. Don't insult my taste in music! Weezer hasn't been cool since 2000-something, it's just the truth. And I'm willing to put money on an entire generation's reference to Duran Duran being Paul Giamatti painted blue. I didn't say the music is bad, I just said it's lame. Ugh! I can use a ladder! I simply don't want to. Don't you think I do enough with house stagings that I shouldn't have to do my own house?
I'm sure I will, if not, I can always work on forming my own little league. Or at the very least, hit the skating rink. Hot cider is definitely superior, at least I think so, and we only get a short period of time to enjoy it. I've never really had time to decorate for the season in the last several years so it's something I'm figuring out. Halloween also isn't my favorite for a lot of reasons. But I've managed some pumpkins and a few other pieces outside my place. Are you more Halloween or Christmas? Feel like that's the big divide in town.
Hey, I'm more than sure others in town would join in. Cider in general is delicious. As long as you make an effort to enjoy the holiday, right? You don't want to be whatever the Halloween equivalent to being a scrooge or grinch is. I would say Christmas, definitely. Don't get me wrong, I love a good excuse for a sexy costume but my heart leans more toward Christmas.
Taryn had been really excited about hosting a spooky brunch at Cobblestone. She wasn't sure how it was going to be received, but she was very happy with the turnout. It seems like almost everyone in town loved brunch. Now, she was thinking about hosting a monthly brunch with a different theme or maybe different businesses could sponsor it. She wasn't quite sure yet, but once she got all the details sorted out, she would make it happen.
She was setting out a new plate of assorted muffins when she saw Reyna come over to her. "Hey! How are you?" she smiled before looking around the cafe that was nicely decorated in everything witch and wizard themed. "Thank you! I think this brunch thing is a big hit, right? Am I your favorite witch?" she asked as she did a spin in her outfit for her before giggling. "I put some of your favorites out so be sure to look carefully at all the tables of food." she grinned giving Reyna a wink.
"I'm good! All of this is very exciting. I always love the excuse for brunch." And being a Cobblestone regular, she knew that the food would be worth it. Watching Taryn take a twirl, Reyna took in her outfit with a grin. "Perfect choice for the host," she nodded approvingly. Reyna herself had opted for a look more akin to that of Stevie Nicks fame to fit the brunch theme. "Oh?" Reyna's curiosity was piqued, glancing over the various tables of food throughout the establishment.
It's a never ending cycle, trust me. You can't stand the music that the young people listen to, they don't understand the music that we listen to, it's a thing. And it just gets worse as you get older, too, I can guarantee you that. It... is, but. Didn't Sabrina Carpenter recently share a stage with them? That gives them some sort of credit, I think. My decorator did her thing, yes. If... that counts.
Like I said. I'm getting old. And, neither am I prepared or okay with it. So? Olivia Rodrigo recently shared a stage with Weezer and I wouldn't say that anyone considers Weezer to be the epitome of cool. You know, I might need to borrow her. Does she do exteriors? Because I am not climbing a giant ladder. So the outside of the house is bare, right now.
"I'm not going to leave you in there, if that's what you're saying, Reyna! Jeez, I actually have the capacity to be nice to you, just so you know," Vince shook his head with a roll of his eyes. "Yeah, I'll let you know if I see any ghosts coming from up top. You keep me posted about the crawlers, Rey," he teased her back.
"Mhmm.." Reyna's eyes narrowed in suspicion. She didn't fully put it past Vince to leave her to get scared in the maze. Maybe because she would do it to him, but, still. "Shut up." She couldn't help herself but to playfully elbow him at his teasing.
I've always enjoyed it, but we all had our sport of choice growing up. There's a few leagues around that I'm thinking about looking into. Depends on how far I want to drive for them is the question. Are you someone who loves pumpkin spiced lattes? I'll admit I prefer apple cider or hot toddys for fall drinks. I mostly stuck to food, I'll admit but I did pick up one piece of decor for my place, adding to the place bit by bit.
I hope that you find a good fit of a team to join! No, I am much more of an apple person. Hot cider is my favorite in the fall. I don't blame you on prioritizing the food. But the decor. Are just not much of a "decorate for the season" person?
