I'm slowly teaching myself that someone else's emergency is not my emergency. I've been running miles for people who couldn't even take a step for me.
Stay away from people who think you're arguing every time you try to express yourself.

Why The Alchemist Will Always Be My Favorite Book
Out of all the books I’ve read, The Alchemist remains the one I always return to. There’s something comforting about the main character's journey—the idea that everyone has a Personal Legend and that the universe somehow helps you chase it.
Maybe that’s why it’s my favorite book: where every chapter feels like a quiet reminder that dreams are worth pursuing, no matter how impossible they look at first.
“Every word has consequences, every silence too.”
— Jean-Paul Sartre
