How to Have a Successful Day
1. Get up early; don’t lie around in bed
2. Make a plan for the day
3. Prioritise the items on your ‘to do’ list
4. Picture yourself succeeding
5. Get to work, and make a start on those tasks
6. Pace yourself, and ensure you take short breaks

8. Get some exercise, and choose to eat healthily
9. Practice being thankful
10. Unplug, unwind, and end the day with a good night’s sleep.

Help us repair rural roads in Southern Morocco!
I am currently studying abroad in Rabat, Morocco and through some of my Rabat-based friends I learnt about the conditions of the roads in their home village in the South (Talat Ochen near Tiznit, near Agadir). These conditions make it extremely hard for the people who live in this area to reach other villages - but of course, the connection to other villages is vital, not only for school children who need to walk long distances if they cannot rely on the school bus to make it to their village or for people in need of medical assistance whose condition might deteriorate drastically in the time it takes an ambulance to get there. There is little to no governmental support - a phenomenon many small villages struggle with in Morocco - so the young people of the area have decided to take matters into their own hands and are currently building their own roads - with their own money. But since they need to pay for machines and workers as well as materials like sand, gravel and cement and they still have about 1000m worth of road to work on (after already rebuilding 600m), their own savings just won’t cover the total cost. That’s why I suggested this campaign to them, which they approved of and which I organized because gofundme doesn’t support Moroccan bank accounts; therefore, I will collect the money in my German bank account and give it to the group in cash in regular intervals (via my friend who is contact with them). Most people who follow me here know that I am in fact in Morocco; in the end, we have to rely on your trust in me and my friends when it comes to your donations. But even a small amount or, if you cannot give because I know many people here are facing difficult situations themselves, sharing the post via social media, would be greatly appreciated by all of us. We are aware that this is only one of many small villages dealing with similar situations but as long as more centralized structures aren’t in place, this seems like the best way to help out. Thank you so much for taking the time to read and share this and if you donated, thank you so much for that as well! If you have any questions, message me privately, I can also forward you to my friend in case I can’t answer your questions in detail!
Help us please, guys! I posted this on my main blog but I am sharing it here, too, hoping that maybe we can find some people who are able to support us!
