I just had this glorious moment y’all! I was looking at myself in the mirror before hopping in the shower and I could trace my bones with my fingers. I couldn’t stop smiling my ribs, collar bones, spine I could trace it all! Idk that’s just an amazing moment I had today :) on another note I just got out of the hospital I’ve got two failing organs :))
What are some things you do to keep yourself from binging or eating? For me I either workout, go for a walk, make a bracelet, call someone, do smt physically so I'm occupied. But u was wondering if yall did anything different??
How do you guys feel about pickles?? They say they're zero calorie and I was about to binge so I ate some but I still feel bad about it....
ATTENTION ok so i found this AMAZING workout! Theres a youtuber MadFit and she has all kinda of amazing workout videos that are fun and wicked affective. My favorite are the 15 minute dance workouts she has 2000s, tiktok, and 90s hits. That's all :)

Breakfast: large matcha latte w almond milk
Lunch: pineapple and mango smoothie
Dinner: Turkey party and corn
Workout: two 15 min dance workouts and 20 min yoga
Took this yesterday. I'm at 140, but working to get down to my starting weight at 110.

Yo. I havent looked at this account since like before Christmas 2018. I started a "recovery journey" and got up to 140. At first this was good news to me. Since il really tall I dont look 140. But I cant help but hate it. I miss being skinny... and although it was fun pretending being this size and eating normal was great... I wanna stop. So yeah I'm coming back bc I'm done w this and i wanna be skinny again

Just did some workouts and burned 603 cals! Super happy, and I still have dance practice tonight!
My favorite breakfast recipe!
Because I love you all so much and personally I freaking love this recipe Imma share it w y’all.
SO it’s just a banana and peanut butter “smoothie”
-1 medium size banana frozen (or 2 small sized ones)
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1 tbsp honey (I usually don’t do this because I’m not a big fan and its just extra cals)
-1/2 cup water
-1-2 cups of ice (this and the water depends on how thick you want the smoothie, I like mine to be almost the texture of ice cream)
Then you just throw it all into a blender and you’re done. The total cals for this is 338 calories. If I have this for breakfast it’s my biggest meal of the day, but it’s also a great starter to the day and extreamly filling. I also wanna add that the more ice the more filled you’ll feel, this is because your body spends energy trying to warm up your insides because the ice is so cold.
