I have been preaching about this since for-freaking-ever. If there’s one person Peter cares about, it’s Derek. There is nothing fake about his look. Nothing. When is it finally going to get through people’s heads that, yes, Peter is an asshole, can you blame him? The only act he’s putting up is being careless. Heartless. He has feelings. He CARES. I can not stress this enough. He’s THE character I’m most passionate about, because I get him. I get why he acts the way he does. All the crazy, psychopath stuff aside, he is an amazing person. An amazing uncle. No one will ever be able to convince me otherwise.
