Starting my fitness journey! Current weight… idk Current body fat….30% :( Goal body fat…20% :) Goal reach date. January 2014 :)
Plan of action…. Low carb 10 cups of water a day Fruit in the morning Veggies with every meal if possible Lean protein only…beef 4 times a month Processed sugar allowed after 21 days processed sugar free Cheat meals 1 a week
Exercise 3x a week :)
