 O garoto não conteve uma instantânea expressão de encanto ao ouvir aquilo. Ele mesmo era um adorador do oceano e suas propriedades, mas de um modo menos científico e mais poético. Mesmo assim, a curiosidade não podia ser negada. Sua mente projetou milhares de perguntas diferentes para direcionar à garota, mas ele preferiu apenas guardá-las, poupando-se da possibilidade de ser inconveniente. 

— Eu faço Artes Visuais. E meu nome é Minyu! Peço perdão por também não ter notado isso. 

 O coreano parou brevemente para cumprimentá-la com um reverência curta, que também obtinha a intenção de servir para as desculpas. Ele logo voltou a acompanhá-la, não demorando a avistar a cafeteria que ficava por aqueles arredores. Não sabia por que diabos um lugar como aquele estaria aberto a tal hora, mas não há nada estranho demais dentro de um dormitório universtário.

A garotasorriu ao escutar o comentário dele, eram poucos que elogiavam seu curso, a maioria a olhava estranho e se perguntava porque alguém gotaria de estudar os oceanos, mas Elizabeth via neles uma maravilha inexplicável. – Você acha mesmo? – arqueou a sobrancelha, só para confirmar que havia escutado direito, se perguntando se finalmente conseguira achar alguém para falar do assunto sem ser algum de seus colegas de classe. – Seu curso deve ser o máximo, eu sempre quis saber fazer essas oisas, nem mexer no photoshop eu sei mexer. Min…yu? – demorou um pouco para pegar a pronúncia do nome, mas torceu para que estivesse certa. – Acho que o café consumiu nossa cabeça, faz até esquecermos de nos apresentar, você está me levando para o mau caminho. – ela riu e soriu de canto quando ele parou abruptamente para fazer a reverência, não havia entendi bem, mas achou muito gentil da parte dele.

— Acho! Deve ser incrível. Eu sou uma pessoa mais de humanas, mas sou apaixonado por biológicas também. E o oceano... Ah, ele é maravilhoso. Tudo que reserva mistérios me atrai.

Ele respondeu com certa naturalidade, percebendo a surpresa da mais velha para com a sua reação. Não estranhou; afinal de contas, é possível que a opinião das pessoas sobre o curso dela fosse a mesma da que tinham sobre o seu curso. Preconceito elitista, talvez? 

— Mi-ni-u. Se preferir, pode me chamar de Moon. E, bem, é tudo questão de treino. Eu nunca fui exatamente bom em desenhos, por exemplo, mas sempre foi algo que amei. Então me esforcei. 

 O coreano riu daquela última frase, passando uma das mãos pelo cabelo. Aquilo na verdade era algo que acontecia muito consigo, considerando o quão cabeça de vento ele conseguia ser na maior parte do tempo. 

— É verdade. Mas se é assim, podemos tomar mais ainda. Torceu o nariz, adentrando o estabelecimento da cafeteria e se direcionando ao balcão para fazer o pedido de dois cafés. Perguntou a ela qual preferia e, para si, pediu um latte macchiato.
