I´m back and news

Hey, how are you?  I had a long period of inactivity due to personal issues. A Sunset dream finished, I have a job (finally) and I don´t have time although after a while I want to continue creating games because I love it, making them of better quality and reaching more people. The name of my next project is “Escape mobile”, is a horror survival game which deals with depression, anxiety and suicide. I don´t know how it´s long but it´s not a short game. This game has a Hello Charlotte style and to escape you need your mobile phone, lantern, music and QR code. More details soon!

After finishing A sunset dream I felt unmotivated and the second game did not convince me. Now I got the rpgmaker MV and started the Broken project. I'll get better at making my own tilesets.

Thoughts

The game “A sunset dream” that I released three months ago has received less attention compared to the demo, which reached 500 downloads. I have sent messages to several youtubers and at this point I do not care, I am not going to force anyone to play it.

I know that the game does not have the appeal that other rpg maker games characterize, it is not a horror game, I never wanted it to stand out visually because I cared more about the story or the gameplay. I never wanted my game to be like Ib or Mad Father, if you follow me you won't find those kinds of games.

I don´t have money to pay better artists or make my own tilesets. I do what I can.

I will continue making games but more on my own and trying to improve those aspects such as art and pixelart. I also think that if in the future I do a sequel to the first game, it will be focused on Gareth. I also thought this sequel would be shown in videos that I would upload, not a game released to the public.

The blog is in English to reach more people, I'm sorry if Spanish-speaking people have complained about that. I´m sorry if my English is not very good.

I want to take my time for these things, I also want to thank the people who follow me and have downloaded the game.
