whats the tumblr / hybrid discord mean ?

so basically, on discord we have the IC groupchat, twitter and other social media tabs for characters to post on - we also have our members do their tasks in the task channel rather the dash as it makes it easier and you can do it from anywhere and as quick as possible and then on the dash, regular threads are posted and going on ! so like half of the small stuff are done on discord, the rest are done on the dash.
