Villa in Saitama is a minimalist residence located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, designed by Arii Irie Architects. The flagpole lot – a thin-necked parcel connected to the street by a narrow alleyway – is one of the more persistent spatial conditions in Tokyo’s suburban periphery.
