Pillotie Micro Home 10x10 No CC (Uses 1 Sims 3 Store item)
"Want to experience the true beauty of Japanese space-saving modern architecture?"
I built this micro-home back in 2017!
At the time, building on a 10x10 lot was a big trend in the Japanese Sims community. I wanted to design a house featuring the official "L-Shaped Staircases," and that's how this creation was born. I recently rediscovered the file and decided to share it with you all!
Inspired by Japanese urban architecture, it features a minimalist design with an open-air parking space (piloti style) on the first floor. It is the perfect cozy home for a coupleーwhether it's newlyweds waiting for a baby, a wealthy retired couple, or any two Sims who enjoy a simple, minimal lifestyle together.

2nd Floor: The main living space accessed via outdoor stairs. Features a cozy living area, a dining kitchen for four, a full bathroom, and a balcony equipped with a washing machine.
1st Floor: A functional twin bedroom with access to the basement, alongside an open-air driveway/carport for one vehicle.
Basement: A private hobby and wellness room featuring an indoor hot tub, home gym equipment (treadmill and weight bench), and an art easel.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE STAIRS:
The L-Shaped Staircase is placed in a very delicate position. Please note that placing ceiling tiles in the bathroom will cause the stairs to disappear permanently. Be very careful not to modify the bathroom or touch the stairs in Build/Buy Mode. (When walls are up, the stairs will become invisible, but don't worry—Sims can still use them perfectly fine!)

I highly recommend this routing fix mod: "Fix: Sims need less Space" by OhRudi. It vastly improves routing in tight spaces! 🙌
Hope you like this one too! Thank you for always reblogging ✨
