— the 2025 princess guide:
the new year is coming and with it a chance for a new start, i created this guide to make sure i don't waste it and decided to share it with everyone.ᡣ𐭩
FORGIVE YOURSELF AND FORGET THE PAST
don't fall trap into the whole "i said this year would be my year last time too but didn't do anything, what difference is 2025 gonna be" narrative. forgive yourself for your mistakes and use them as lessons to prevent another wasted year instead of an excuse to give up. reflect on them and identify what made you break the promises you made to yourself. were you too ambitious? did you neglect rest and ended up burning out? did you lose motivation? whatever it was learn from it and be mindful not to mess up the same way this year. failure is the best teacher.
CHOOSING YOUR RESOLUTIONS
instead of googling "new years resolutions" or copying what everyone else is doing, set resolutions that are specific to you. take a moment to sit down with yourself and ask yourself: where do i want to be a year from now? what can i do this year to bring myself closer to my dream life? what are some new things i'd like to experience? think of the bigger picture and set goals that will help you get there.
GETTING IT DONE
once your goals are set, identify the habits that will help you achieve your goals. make a routine out of them and create what would be the perfect day to you. if it feels like you have too many areas you want to work on, make two (or more) daily routines where in each one you focus on different aspects and then alternate between them.
PRACTICE ROUND
it would be unrealistic to expect yourself to immediately pick up the routine and execute it everyday, especially since you're only starting out. luckily we have a whole month until 2025 starts so there's plenty of time for you to slowly ease into it. start by only doing a couple of tasks on your list and slowly up the amount as you start to fall into rhythm. this is the perfect time for trials and errors and tweaking your routine and eliminating/changing out anything that doesnt fit in as well as you imagined

2024 ISU Congress: Accepted Proposals
Our website has been updated with the decisions made at the ISU Congress. For reference, the full ISU Congress Agenda with all proposals is located here.
Notable accepted proposals include:
Starting in 2024-25:
Proposal 45 - Change maximum age limits for junior pair skaters to less than 21 for women, and less than 23 for men. Change maximum age limits for junior ice dancers to less than 21 for both partners. (Current age limits in both disciplines are less than 19 for women, and less than 21 for men.) A maximum age gap of 7 years would be allowed between partners in both disciplines.
Proposal 188 - Remove the qualifying round from future World Championships. (The qualifying round had been approved at the previous ISU Congress, and would have started at the 2025 World Championships.)
Proposal 230 - Remove the order draw for free skates at ISU competitions. The starting order of the free skates will be in reverse order of the rankings after the short program.
Proposal 236 - Somersault-type jumps such as backflips would no longer be illegal moves.
Starting in 2026-27, numerous technical rule changes, including:
Proposal 234 - The Euler will no longer be a listed jump, and will have no base value.
Proposal 235 - A jump sequence can have up to 3 jumps in singles skating, but only 2 jumps in pairs skating. An Euler is allowed in the jump sequence.
Proposal 239 - Reduce the number of jumping passes in the singles free skate from 7 to 6. Replace one leveled spin in the singles free skate with a choreographic spin.
Proposal 240 - Reduce the number of jump combinations/sequences in the singles free skate from 3 to 2.
Proposal 241 - The same type of jump cannot be included more than 3 times in the singles free skate, regardless of number of revolutions.
Proposal 245 - In the pairs free skate - Replace one leveled lift with a choreographic lift (seniors only). Replace the leveled pair spin with a choreographic pair spin. Remove the choreographic sequence.

And when someone's gone and you're the primary keeper of his memory ; letting go would be a kind of murder, wouldn't it?

Hi can you please make a guide on Blair Waldorf please
blair waldorf: a guide
character
romanticize studying and prioritize intelligence; blair is literally the definition of hot and educated.
confidence and self-stability is key; realize you are the only you there will ever be!
realize you cannot control other people, you can only control you.
“you can’t make people love you, but you can make them fear you.”
don’t be afraid to be determined, passionate, and GO HARD for what you want and don’t give it up for anyone.
“if you really want something, you don’t stop for anyone or anything until you get it.”
set standards for all relationships. you deserve to be surrounded by your kind of people and have what you want.
“the most important thing in a relationship is trust. after sex. and hygiene. and earning potentials.”
don’t be afraid to be a little selfish sometimes. if your goals require you to keep to yourself, study all the time, move, whatever it may be, do it and realize there will always be people that try to keep you where you are and stop your growth, but keep your eyes on the prize and don’t let it happen!
“whoever said that money doesn’t buy happiness didn’t know where to shop.”
fashion
old money style!
headbands that match the accents in your outfit
heels, low or high. your choice!
collared tops, especially in fall and winter
black or white tights
plaid! like long plaid coats and plaid skirts
pearls
button-up tops
classy floral prints in summer and spring
bows! both in your hair and around your collar
hair is usually in loose curls
things to do to feel like blair
shop! especially for accessories like bags and shoes
watch an audrey hepburn movie
have a spa day! eat some chocolate and take a bubble bath
take time to make yourself feel pretty and put together
read a magazine
read classic literature
drink tea from your prettiest mug
have a sleepover!
