Saix: The Indurate with a Jealous Heart
Iāve seen people claim Saixās jealousy didnāt make sense and was randomly thrown in, but please allow me to set the stage for something very important. Saix claimed he was jealous of Axel making other friends and felt abandoned by Axel, but hereās the thing: if you imagine this from Saixās perspective, it makes sense.
All the things Axel did with Xion and Roxas were all the things they used to do together when they were younger. The biggest thing was eating sea salt ice cream while watching the sunset back in Radient Garden. Now, Saix has a lot of problems and that effects his friendship with Axel as it grew more unhealthy over time. That is something I will never deny. However, I wonāt ignore the feeling of one of the things from your life before that was special between you and your best friend are no longer just yours AND no longer includes you is heartbreaking.
Axel, no, Lea is the light in Saixās life and his reason for living and with that loss of light, their closeness to each other, the disparity of it took over (he was also norted to but thats a completely different story for now). He felt nothing because he felt like there was no reason to do so anymore.

He couldnāt find Subject Ļ and he couldnāt keep his best friend, so seeing Axel show so much care for Roxas and Xion infuriated him. Furthermore, we know Isa isnāt the possessive type since he has no problems with Lea befriending Ventus in Birth by Sleep. He was more focused on breaking into the castle and teased Lea at most for always trying to make friends, but Saix is not Isa.
Saix was all that was left.
