That’s a good question. My zombill au is basically where Bill seemingly burns alive whilst he set fire to Joe’s store. Except he didn’t die…
My thing was that smoke inhalation got to him first rather than the fire itself, and so all those comic fumes gave him “superpowers”.

Once Joe put the fire out (I’d say he grabbed a hose or something he can’t call no firefighters they finna find the money he laundered), he made the club get rid of Bill’s body. He didn’t care how.
And if Bill didn’t die, Joe would make Bill alone get rid of the body in exchange for not turning him in to the police…(blood warning ‼️)
The zombie aspects are really just they can’t die or feel pain and they heal quite fast. They ain’t eating brains or nothing just raw meat...
Jerry’s not that special cuz I’m lazy make headcanons for me.
Pete would hate Bill and actually start plotting to kill him and then it’s like he gets to Jerry’s house he’s scheming trying to convince the guys like this ends tonight. Who’s with me. And then it’s them just stalking Bill. (Jerry would do that whole come on dude but Pete ain’t hearing it)
Josh I’d say nothing to crazy. He’d meet Pete and Pete’s like what the fuck and then like calls Jerry and Bill over…they try to figure out what to do. Pete only called Bill so he could see what he’s done. Rub it in his face.
And Jerry’s literally the same. He meets Josh, Josh calls Pete and Pete calls Bill to make his ass feel guiltyyyyy
The ones that survived excluding Bill would, as you can guess, be insanely depressed. They would definitely hangout a lot no matter the pair. They don’t speak of Bill or to him even though they desperately want to turn him in, they just can’t. Their scared.
As for Bill, after having to bury a person he technically killed, there’s no doubt he’d be wallowing in his emptiness.
He’d probably get babied by his mom after hearing about the fire. Saying she’s so glad he survived. Yikes.
(He’d believe the call cuz let’s just say Pete NEVER call’s even when they were “friends”)
