Dreams really do come true! Many of you know that I stumbled very accidentally into modelling only two years ago. Before that I, like many of you would look at people on Instagram and think how beautiful and inspiring they were. One of the very first people I ever followed was @unskinnyshero. Carina was everything I found beautiful in a woman. Her gracefulness, her beauty, her confidence and that glint in her eye was just fire!🔥 I loved her message of body acceptance but I especially loved the fierce way in which she demonstrated that sensuality in a photo does not equate to sex. It was something I was also very passionate about and still very much strive to show in my work. So...roll on a couple of years and I get a message from Carina Shero herself asking if I’d like to shoot with her when she visits London! Not gonna lie...I fan girled so hard! 😂 On the day of the shoot everything went wrong...I fell down a wet flight of stairs on my way to the shoot and tore my knee ligament, the location was small and poorly lit, the thunderstorms in London were savage and the company delivering our Lingerie didn’t send it!....but we still managed to create some magic and afterwards we spent the night chatting like old friends. We laughed and we cried and we bonded over dogs and our love of dance. I can honestly say that I utterly adore @unskinnyshero 😍 And I don’t like that many people 😜 I’m sure you all know who the goddess is but just make sure you’re following her!
