1 the total amount of images/videos i used this time was about... 139 if i remember correctly

2 here are my sketches :D i kinda changed plans halfway for the first part though so some are unused

im not very good at digital on my own so i have to trace my own traditional sketches lol

3 my phone was SUPER laggy while making this. until at some point, when i was animating simons part, it crashed SO HARD i swear i saw the 'powered by android' screen for a moment. from that point on everything worked way smoother lol

my choice in portrayal of jack as blond rather than book-accurate is mainly in relation to my own sun-colored curls and songs sung in high keys. derived from the subconscious starvation of being “man enough,” these qualities are often my most insecurity-inducing. i see this mirrored in fair hair slicked black with mud and a soprano voice that cannot easily threaten. the effort to eradicate gentleness that is carved into your image is a futile battle.
