Night‑Pressure Series 8
inner pressure / closed gravity
A vivid beast strides on,
rending the city’s drowsy slumber.
The endless reign of towering spires—
it comes to bring their final dusk.
Bathed in light,
it scatters jewels into the night.
A lonely lyre sings—
its trembling notes, its ancient tune.
It snares the city,
undoing chains of crafted lies.
Carve open the future with your own hands;
there is no tomorrow you cannot seize.
I am the Beast.
Bearing the surge of life,
I pierce the darkness—
fangs blazing through the newborn dawn,
a wind-hole torn into the world.
