why

why would they decide to divorce robin and barney just like that? that they only worked for three years? why after so many episodes of their wedding getting prepared? to hurry up the season? to show the point of how they couldn’t work out anyway if there were so many complications? they were great together and created something that changed both of them in such a positive way.

or the fact that they actually had tracy pass away and they literally added in ted and robin as the endgame relationship just because of the blue french horn and ‘all that it meant’ or for lily and marshall’s bet to finally be decided upon even though their relationships in the past did not work. that the whole point of the fucking show was to focus no, not on a healthy, actual good relationship that was thriving, but rather on going right on back to someone else and be unwilling to change. “aLwaYs fiGht fOr wHaT yoU wAnt!” i guess.

and that they decided to really just call the mother of barney’s child Day 31. it’s insulting. she’s the fucking mother of his child and the reason he changed, yet you reduce her to a fucking date and number? it was as bad as how barney went back to how he was before – yes, sure, that’s just who he is, but being with robin made him mature and ready for commitment instead of banging all the women in new york. but, yeah, having a child can really change a person, so sure. i believe he can be a good father at least.
