Reader x Jongho
Word Count: 1590
Summary: Apple
Jongho rolls over to wrap his arm over his girlfriend’s, Y/N’s, waist. When he reaches out, he feels nothing. His eyes snap open to look at her spot on the bed only to find a single apple. Grabbing the apple while laughing, Jongho calls out to his girlfriend to stop hiding, “how funny, Y/N. Now come here.”
When he gets no response, he sits up in the bed looking around. She’s nowhere in the room.
He decides that she’s probably already awake and in the living room, so he goes to the bathroom to wash up. Finishing that relatively quickly, he runs to the living room to find his girlfriend.
There’s still no girlfriend to be found; instead, there is a basket of apples on the coffee table with a note attached.
My apple breaker, where did we first meet?
Jongo’s gummy smile pulls across his face, “did she make a scavenger hunt? An apple-themed one at that.” He begins to rethink to the beginning of their relationship, almost three years ago.
The couple met through his groupmate, Yeosang, because Y/N grew up in Pohang with Yeosang and the pair are childhood best friends. These two went to the same school from elementary to high school, and are the same age making Jongho one year younger than his girlfriend.
He considers this an accomplishment since he’s mature enough to get an older girlfriend.
Yeosang introduced Y/N to him, technically the entire group, for the first time in their practice room. Since Y/N began working as a choreographer just that year, Yeosang brought her in to help make some performances.
Jongho takes one of the apples to eat then walks out the front door, heading to the KQ building.
He arrives at the building pretty fast, in twenty minutes or so, already starting to run towards the door and up the stairs to the practice room.
Slamming open the practice room door, Jongho takes in Wooyoung eating an apple while holding the next note.
“Your girl is pretty damn romantic, Jjong. I think I might want to snatch her,” Wooyoung sends Jongho a smirk as he hands him the note. Jongho rolls his eyes at Woo’s words sending a quick thank you before snatching the note.
I apple-solutely fell for you at first sight here. Where did we go for our first date?
Jongho thinks to himself, “is she really going to keep up the apple puns?” He lets his smile break across his face once again slipping the note into his pocket heading out the KQ building.
They never officially had a first date, but the first time they met each other alone was by accident at a cafe near KQ. The two ran into each other, decided to talk over their drinks - an iced americano and an iced matcha latte - then somehow spent the entire day together.
He tossed the apple core into one of the trash piles, there’s hardly a trashcan on streets in Korea, as he makes his way to the cafe.
Right when he walks in, the owner walks up to him handing him an apple, a note, and an iced americano. “I remember seeing the two of you come in years ago. It's amazing to see the two of you still together, not to mention how romantic your girl is. Next time the two of you come in together, it’s on me,” the owner gushes at Jongho’s relationship as she shoos him out the door.
Jongho takes a sip of his drink while reading the next note.
You have to strengthen your core at this place! Haha, core.
This note is the first that makes him laugh aloud, how can my girlfriend be so cute. The next place is Jongho’s favorite gym where Y/N always goes to bring Jongho snacks to take breaks or to walk him home.
He heads down the street towards the gym so far she chose places that were really close to their shared apartment. The walk takes only five minutes until he’s pulling the handle to enter the gym.
Again, a person approaches him with an apple and a note, but this time there’s also a small bag. “You guys are such a cute couple! She told me about the scavenger hunt so I grabbed a small bag to hold the apples in,” the worker hands him the items and waves him off, “good luck!”
Jongho starts walking out of the gym already, excited to be at the next location. Slipping the apples into the bag, he begins to read the note.
You’re so a-peel-ing but I’m running low on ideas so here's the final address.
A frown falls across his face; this place was not in walking distance. Jongho has to get a taxi to get here, and the ride would end up being around thirty minutes.
He flips the note over hoping to get more information - he does. On the back of the note is a phone number. It’s not a number he recognizes so he gets a little bit more confused.
Jongho finishes his drink and pulls out his phone to dial the unknown number. The phone hardly rings once before the other end picks up, “hello, is this Jongho? You’re done at the gym already, I’ll be there in two minutes.”
After finishing the sentences, the phone is hung up. He’s even more lost now, the voice wasn’t even familiar. Jongho finds a bench right outside of the gym to sit down while he waits for whatever is supposed to arrive.
Within minutes of him sitting down, a small white car pulls up right in front of him. An unfamiliar man steps out of the car and hands him an apple with one of today’s notes.
I couldn’t have “picked” a better person to bring you to me! This is my cousin, Dongyul, so don’t be too alarmed.
Jongho stands up to shake his hand, “nice to meet you, could you tell me where we’re going now?” Dongyul shakes his head no as he turns to open the door for Jongho to get into the car. When he gets in, he notices the backseat is filled with baskets filled with apples.
His hand flies up to smack his forehead, “she’s very prominent with the apples today, isn’t she?” Dongyun, trying to remain quiet, starts to laugh, “yeah, but she’s very excited about it, and it’s pretty damn funny.”
The two talk about Y/N on the way to the mystery location, sharing stories of their times with her and her stupidity - though she is very lovely.
Jongho begins to notice the type of trees that they are driving past.
Apple trees.
“She is damn dedicated to this theme,” Jongho begins to laugh once more, “I hate her so much.” He rolls his eyes as the car comes to a stop in a circle of the trees.
As soon as he steps out of the car, Dongyun reaches over to shut the door and drive away. Jongho stares in disbelief as he is stranded in the middle of nowhere.
He looks around and sees a singular apple on the ground a little further down the path. Heading towards this apple, he sees that there is, once again, a note with it.
Head straight.
Excited that he will finally be able to see his girlfriend, Jongho runs straight up the path where Y/N is there waiting for him.
He’s running to tackle her into a hug as soon as his eyes fall onto her. Jongho picks her up, spins her, and pushes a kiss onto her lips. “I missed you today. I just wanted to be able too kiss you all day,” he continues to kiss her while peppering kisses around the rest of her face.
“I missed you too, Jjong. Do you have any idea of what this scavenger hunt was about?”
Her boyfriend stares at her blankly, “is it not just for Valentine’s Day?”
Y/N waits for Jongho to place her back down on the ground, then she pulls out an all too familiar jewelry box to hand to him, “could you be any more discreet? You left it on the kitchen counter for days.”
Jongho’s eyes begin to water, “I’m an idiot aren’t I.”
“I’ll only call you an idiot if you don’t show me what’s in the box.”
“Princess, I can’t believe you ended up planning your own proposal. I literally forgot that I bought it already,” Jongho takes the box from Y/N.
He steps backs from her to put his left knee on the ground, kneeling in front of her.
Jongho takes a hold of her left hand and opens the box, “I know this didn’t turn out to be a surprise and you already saw the ring, but this doesn’t change the fact that I really want to be your husband. We’re both still pretty young, but will you marry me?”
“Apple-solutely.”
“Nevermind then,” Jongho begins to stand up, turning to walk away when Y/N grabs his wrist and takes the box from his hand. She takes out the ring getting ready to slip it on.
Jongho takes the ring from her grasp, delicately holds her hand, and slips the ring onto her left hand.
“I love you, my fiancé, even though you made your own apple themed proposal,” he pulls her left hand against his chest and uses his other hand to hold her jaw, bringing her in for a kiss.
You
Reader x Wooyoung
Word Count: 1593
Summary: Let him treat you today
Y/N answers the phone call only to have her eardrums blown away by her ‘lovely’ fiancé, Jung Wooyoung. “BABYGIRL, what was it that we needed from the store? I grabbed a couple of things, but I don’t remember the rest,” he began by shouting then moving to a rapid-paced speech.
“Woo, this is the third time you’ve called how could you have forgotten? We just needed some damn milk for the pancake batter, is that hard?” she was beginning to get annoyed but managed to keep it at bay.
“No, but I am.”
“JUNG WOOYOUNG! Hurry your ass home I just want some fucking pancakes,” Y/N hangs up the phone and returns to making the rest of the batter, minus the wet ingredients. Today, as their Valentine’s celebration, they are staying home.
The plan consists of making breakfast together - Y/N making breakfast - and eating it while watching movies, then spending the rest of the day doing exactly that. Eating, watching movies, and cuddling all day.
Wooyoung takes his time going through the store purposely trying to annoy Y/N for whatever reason. He finally goes to checkout when something catches his eye; he contemplates it for a second then grabs it.
Placing all of his items on the counter, Wooyoung pulls out his wallet getting ready to pay. The cashier finishes scanning all of the items, “the total is $19.90. Big plans for Valentine’s Day I’m guessing.” Wooyoung’s cheeks redden slightly as he confirms the price, sliding his card.
Another twenty minutes go by and Y/N is beginning to get impatient again; she pulls out her phone to call Wooyoung again when the door latch clicks open.
“It’s about damn time you get here! Here, let me take the groceries,” Y/N goes forward to take the brown bag from Woo, but he pulls away while telling her that he’s got it.
He marches past her and right into the kitchen unpacking all of the groceries. The bonus items quickly go into the fridge and one into his pocket.
“I got the milk! How much do we need for our pancake? I want to mix it,” Wooyoung begins to get energetic like a small child, like normal, as he watches Y/N pull out the measuring cups.
She pours the milk and cracks the eggs while he mixes the batter. Together, they take turns pouring medium-sized circles of batter into the heated pan, and Wooyoung does his “best” to correctly flip the pancakes.
“Stop it, you idiot! You keep dropping them, just use the spatula,” Y/N follows him around as he runs, with the pan in hand, while still attempting to flip it. She smacks him with the spatula when he finally stops running.
“Look, I cooked this pancake perfectly because of my flips,” he shows off a perfect pancake.
“Oh.”
“You’re in charge of cooking now then Woo, I’m going to start our movie!” Y/N practically skips out of the kitchen towards the living room.
Wooyoung laughs as he watches her run out of the kitchen. Watching to make sure she left, he pulls out the strawberries he bought earlier putting them to soak while he chops up the almond bark getting it ready to be melted.
He finishes preparing for the chocolate-covered strawberries, and he finishes the pancakes. Wooyoung puts all of the pancakes on a platter, grabs plates and syrup, and walks to the living room balancing all of it.
Y/N sees him struggling a little bit, so she gets up to take the plates and syrup setting them down on the coffee table.
“I’ll go grab forks and knives for us,” Y/N begins walking to the kitchen, but Wooyoung runs past her then runs back with the utensils.
“Okay, then I guess I won’t grab them,” she sits back down at the coffee table in front of the food display they’ve finished.
“It’s Valentine’s Day let me do everything for you today,” Wooyoung tells her as he reaches to put a pancake on her plate. Y/N smacks his shoulder in embarrassment, “you don’t have to be this sweet today, I’m not used to it.”
He leans in to kiss her temple, “I’ll be like this more often so you better get used to it. I’ll need to be a caring husband.”
“Oh yeah, you totally will be sweet like this all the time, not screaming in my ears and wrestling me to the ground.”
“Totally.”
The pair laugh at the exchange then turn back to their pancakes. Wooyoung picks up the remote to press play, and then their movie day begins.
As they near the ending of the first movie, Y/N knocks her syrup-filled place onto her lap. She stares at the mess in shock for a few seconds before getting up to head to the bathroom.
“Wait here, I want to go run you a bath,” Wooyoung pushes her back down and runs to the bathroom.
He heads to Y/N’s cabinet with skincare items looking for her bath bomb stash. Once he finds it, he picks up a rose-scented one and a handful of rose petals. Wooyoung begins to run the water to a scolding temperature that for some reason his fiancé loves.
He tosses in the bath bomb with the rose petals watching the water rise. When the water is filled enough, he heads to get Y/N into the tub.
Wooyoung walks into the living room to see her sitting on the couch. It’s such an everyday thing but he can’t help but think how beautiful she is.
He sneaks up behind the couch and screams, “the bath is ready!” Y/N flies forward off the couch then gains her footing and chases Wooyoung as he runs to the bathroom.
Stepping into the bathroom, she stops in her track taking it all in.
She slowly steps forward to Wooyoung and holds out her arms. He immediately rushes to her, letting her arms wrap around his neck and pulling her close.
His lips meet hers for a second until he pushes her back and lifts her shirt. “Don’t let the bath get cold. I’ll go clean up the living room and finish up the dishes,” Wooyoung pulls her shirt off the rest of the way then shoves her towards the bath.
He watches her step into the bath and settle in before he walks then rushes out of the bathroom towards the kitchen. Wooyoung reaches the sink immediately pulling the strawberries out and laying them across some paper towels.
Turning to go get the plates from the living room, he sees the chopped chocolate sits on the counter waiting to be melted. He stops and quickly puts the chocolate into a microwave-safe cup then puts it into the microwave.
Wooyoung rushes to clean the dishes and heat the chocolate making sure it doesn’t burn. The strawberries are dried and the chocolate is melted so he begins to dip the strawberries, then lay them across the plate.
It takes about ten minutes just to have the entire pound of strawberries dipped in chocolate and put into the freezer; he doesn’t want to know how long it’s been since he started the cleanup.
Once they’re in the freezer, he rushes to clean the rest of the dishes wanting to leave no evidence of his creation.
While he finishes the last pan, Y/N wraps her arms around Wooyoung’s waist. She’s clad in a fluffy robe with her hair still wrapped in a towel, “you’re still doing dishes, baby? I could’ve helped you.”
He puts the pan down on the drying mat then spins to face his fiancé, “no princess, I got it. I’m already finished now.” He presses his forehead against hers, “let’s lay in bed for the rest of movie day.”
Y/N nods and heads off to the bedroom, “I’ll start the movie so hurry up Woo.” Wooyoung giggles at her cuteness. He quickly checks on the progress of the strawberries pulling them out of the freezer, then he checks to make sure he has the last gift still in his pocket.
Wooyoung goes to enter the bedroom, gifts in hand, stopping to look at his gorgeous girl laid on the bed; she’s still dressed in her robe, but her hair is now dried and flowing down her shoulders.
“Princess, close your eyes for a second I have a gift.”
Y/N slaps her hand over her eyes dramatically, “bring on the gift, husband.”
His smile grows as he walks towards her, placing the plate of strawberries on the bed, “open them.” She drops her hands from her face eyes meeting the plate. Her eyes snap up to Wooyoung, “did you make these for me? All by yourself?”
“I did, do you like it?”
Almost knocking over the strawberries, she tosses herself forward into Woo’s arms. She peppers kisses along his face, “I love it. Thank you, baby.”
Y/N sits back to grab a strawberry to eat but is interrupted by Wooyoung grabbing her wrist. He picks her up and slams her down back onto the bed underneath him.
“I got a third present for you,” he says pulling out the box of condoms he bought earlier. Wooyoung drops it onto the bed then shifts his weight to have a hand pressed to each side of her head.
He lets her legs wrap around his waist then grinds his hips down into hers.
“Do I get a reward for doing a good job now?”
My World
Reader x Mingi
Word Count: 786
Summary: Valentine’s Day alone?
Y/N stares at the clock, watching each tick, as she waits for it to strike three o’clock. This would be her second Valentine’s Day with her boyfriend, Mingi, but this year, and for the last two months, she’s been stuck with some business at the England branch of her company - a full nine hours behind Korea.
At three, she is planning to call Mingi to wish him a happy Valentine’s Day, right when the clock strikes twelve back home. The members are supposed to have a schedule until then so he should be awake.
The alarm Y/N set goes off causing her to jump up reaching for her phone. Clicking the contact My World, she waits for Mingi to pick up.
“The person you have called is unavailable right now.”
Shocked, she checks the time again making sure she did her calculations correctly. It is twelve, and Mingi never keeps his phone off.
She rings again only to be met with the same message. Something has to be wrong; his phone is always on. Y/N begins to fill with worry, but brushes it aside with thoughts his phone may have died or he’s still busy with the schedule.
Y/N sends a quick message to Yunho stating “how was your schedule?” Almost immediately Yunho responds, “what schedule?”
An array of emotions wash over her as she dials Yunho. “What do you mean ‘what schedule’, Mingi told me you guys had one, and he’s not picking up his phone. Where is Mingi,” Y/N rattles off questions while Yunho is worried shitless that he blew Mingi’s cover.
“Oh, maknae line had a schedule today, I’ve been free all day and now I’m playing games. No one’s back yet so they’re probably still working,” he lies through his teeth.
Though still worried, she tells him a thank you then hangs up. It’s been almost twelve hours since she’s heard anything from Mingi; the two are normally connected by the hip, always talking to each other or about each other.
Y/N goes to put her phone to charge, turning the ringer on, while waiting for Mingi to message her back.
She heads over to her work desk to finish typing up some documents needed for tomorrow.
Closing the tab, Y/N pushes her arms over her head in a stretch then turns to look at the clock - over an hour has passed.
Snapping her arms back down and almost falling out of her chair, she gets up and runs over to her charging phone to check for messages.
None.
This time worry floods over her, shouldn’t he have been done by now? Their schedule was supposed to end at twelve but now it’s half-past one with no word from Mingi.
She heads to the worker’s lounge to grab a glass of water while she ponders what to do. It’s almost time for her to head home to the hotel she’s staying at so Y/N decides to go pack up her things and be on her way.
Waving her coworkers goodbye, she leaves the office quickly to be able to catch a taxi. The ride feels like forever, though it’s only been twenty minutes, as she’s just ready to be home. She pays the taxi driver then begins to head up to her room.
Arriving at her door, she takes her key out only to see that it’s unlocked. Y/N begins to be a little creeped out, but she can’t recall locking it this morning so she enters.
Right when she opens the door, she sees a pair of familiar shoes.
Mingi’s.
Snapping her head up from the shoes, Mingi stands a few feet from her. Without thinking she launches herself at him. He catches her pulling her legs around his waist, keeping his hands on her thighs, and holding her close.
“I’m here, princess,” he whispers, keeping her in the embrace. Y/N pushes her face deeper into his neck taking in his scent; they haven’t been together in months - Facetime only works for so long.
“I’ve missed you, Min,” she says against his neck, “I’ve missed you so much.” Mingi doesn’t respond; instead, he carries her over to the couch sitting with her in his lap. He pulls her away from his neck and kisses her forehead.
“How could I miss spending Valentine’s Day with you, or even think about passing up the opportunity to see you?”
Mingi stares into Y/N’s eyes, “I’d travel the entire world to be with you in a heartbeat because I love you.”
She returns his love-filled gaze, “I wish I could buy you the world, Song Mingi, I love you to the moon and stars.”
Promise
Reader x San
Word Count: 654
Summary: You and I Promise
Y/N hears three knocks on her front door, San’s here.
Knowing he has a key, Y/N continues to do her makeup getting ready for their day. San was planning everything for today, Valentine’s; Y/N wasn’t told any details - only that they’d spend the day together.
San lets himself in walking over to her bedroom where she is getting ready. Gently tapping on the door, he pokes his head in flashing his dimpled smile, and slides the rest of his body into the room, leaving his right hand behind the door.
Y/N peers up at him, “Hey, Mountain. I’ll be done in just a minute.” She stops, stares at him, and raises an eyebrow at his suspicious stance.
“Close your eyes, babe.”
San waits for her eyes to close, walks towards his girlfriend, then takes her hand placing a small bouquet inside making sure she has a good hold on it before stepping back. He switches to keep a light hold on her other hand as he tells her to open her eyes.
Y/N opens her eyes to see a bouquet of baby’s breath in her favorite color, lilac.
“Bubs, thank you,” she stands up, placing the flowers on the little makeup table, and wrapping her arms around Sans neck, pulling him down into a kiss. His arms immediately wrap around her waist to pull her closer as he presses deeper into the kiss.
When the two pull away, San picks up the bouquet, “I’ll go put this in one of your vases and you can finish getting ready.” Y/N nods sitting back down to finish her makeup, watching in the mirror as San leaves the room.
It only takes another five minutes to finish her makeup until she’s walking out of her room to go find San.
The moment she steps out of the bedroom, her eyes meet an array of lightly colored balloons, pink, purple, and blue. San stands in the midst of the balloons, again, showing her his dimpled smile.
“Choi San, how did you have the time to do all of this? You had the other boys help didn’t you,” Y/N teases, though her eyes begin to water. As she says this statement, Wooyoung and Yeosang are sneaking towards the front door.
Y/N laughs, waving goodbye to the pair while walking towards San.
San wraps his arms around her as she reaches him, hands dangerously low on her back. Y/N in turn reaches to wrap her arms around his neck pulling their bodies as close as possible.
The couple happily stares into each other’s eyes for a while until San speaks up, “I wanted to go even bigger, but I know you like things fairly simple. I’ll make things even better for next year, especially since it’ll be more important to us as a couple.”
Y/N stares at him in confusion, “what do you mean, it’ll be bigger?”
San pushes away from his girlfriend to reach into his pocket; Y/N’s eyes go big as she reaches for him, not wanting him to kneel.
He stops her reaching hands, “baby, I’m not proposing don’t worry.” San pulls a small jewelry box from his pocket opening it to show its contents - two matching rings. He looks into her eyes once again, “this is not a proposal, but I’m promising that if we’re still happily together next year I will propose. This is our third year together, and I know it’s not quite the time for us to get married since we’re so young. I want to marry you. I’m promising you that with these two rings.”
Y/N grabs the box out of San’s hand while taking out one ring. She grabs his hand and slips the ring onto it, then takes out the other ring proceeding to place this one on her finger.
“I love you, San. I promise you that.”

Reader x Yeosang
Word Count: 1081
Summary: I don’t know how to summarize-
Yeosang watches as Y/N moves around the office talking to her coworkers. He’s stood still, enamored by her, when arms wrap around his throat and drag him down.
“Yah, Kang Yeosang, stop staring at her. It’s getting creepy man,” Wooyoung pulls Yeosang to the ground, then he gets up running in the opposite direction. Yeosang is left alone on the floor, drawing in the looks of the office workers.
This includes Y/N. She walks over to where Yeosang is laying and holds out a hand, “You got attacked by Wooyoung I see.” He takes her hand and gets up, his face filling with blush, “yeah, he’s out to get me today.”
Y/N’s face lights up slightly, “we’ll then, would you like to avoid him just a little bit more today? I have a half-day of work, and I’ll be getting off in about an hour if you’d like to go out with me then?”
Shocked at her forwardness, Yeosang stutters out a yes and watches her walk back to her desk. He then rushes off in the direction Wooyoung went leading back to their practice room.
The members stare as a red-faced Yeosang runs in. Hongjoong gives him a blank stare, “what’s got you all worked up? You’re late too.” Completely disregarding his statement and the stares of his members, Yeosang begins to laugh.
“Guys, I think I have a date.”
The boys all stop and stare until it finally registers and they all begin screaming in excitement. One by one they all run at Yeosang and tackle him into a big group bear hug.
Each member begins to rattle off questions: who asked who, when, where, what are you wearing, and what will the two of you be doing?
Yeosang pauses and stares at them, “I don’t know, and in an hour.”
Mingi is the first to speak, “let’s go then. You have to get changed; I’ll help you pick your outfit.” He then drags Yeosang by the wrist to go up to Mingi’s studio - where all the members keep a bunch of clothes.
He sits Yeosang down in a chair and turns to the wardrobe proceeding to pull out a pair of blue skinny jeans and a white long-sleeve. Mingi hands these to Yeosang and then goes to pull out a simple necklace to put over it.
“Just a simple outfit, she’s seen how you usually dress so you can’t go overboard; this is perfect.”
With the help of fashionista Mingi, Yeosang is ready for his “date”.
He walks back to her office and peers in; she’s sitting at her desk still working. Yeosang goes up to her desk and gently knocks on the top of it.
Y/N looks up at Yeosang and flashes him a smile, “are you ready to go?”
“Yeah, where would you like to go? I’ll buy today,” he’s beginning to regain his confidence and talk smoothly to her. Yeosang pulls his wallet out of his pocket and flashes it to her.
“Hm, so you’re saying that I can chose anything to do today?” Y/N gives him a mischievous grin, stands up, and grabs his hand to lead him out of the office.
They walk out of the office hand in hand while making small talk - simple ‘how was your day’s’. Y/N pulls Yeosang along to a nearby restaurant - a fried chicken place.
Yeosang glances at her, “You want to eat here? I can buy you something more expensive than this.” She rolls her eyes at him and pulls him inside the chicken place.
The waitress walks up to them to take their order and Y/N rattles off, “one pepper chicken and one seasoned chicken, please.” As the waitress walks away she calls, “also one Pepsi and a water!”
“You ordered for me?” Yeosang stares at her in amazement, “how’d you know what I usually get?”
She laughs at him, “I’ve known you for some time now, chicken master, and I typically carry the food you guys order to the practice room.” Y/N watches as the waitress puts down the drinks and Yeosang picks up his Pepsi, “plus, I like you so of course I pay attention to what you like.”
Yeosang chokes on his drink.
“You like me? But, I was going to tell you I like you. You keep taking all of the firsts.”
He keeps rambling on until Y/N picks up a napkin and pushes it into his face, almost into his mouth, and shushes him.
“I asked you to go out with me, on Valentine’s Day, did you think I wasn’t planning to confess?”
Blush rushes over his face and he puts his head down to the table, “I’m trying to be the big person here; stop making my heart race.”
The waitress interrupts this moment to place the food down, “you two, enjoy!”
The pair meet eyes and laugh at each other before making the decision to put aside the conversation; instead, they eat the chicken placed at the table and make more small talk - telling each other about random stories and other things in their life.
Once they finish the meal, Yeosang pays, they walk out together. Yeosang turns to Y/N, “what do you want to do now?”
“Can we stop by my apartment real quick to grab something?”
The walk from the restaurant to her apartment was fairly short, the two of them filled the time with stories of the rest of the Ateez members. She tells Yeosang to wait outside of the building while she runs inside.
She comes out holding a skateboard.
Walking up to Yeosang, she says, “I know you like to skateboard, and I’ve been wanting to learn recently, would you like to go to the park and teach me a little today?”
Staring at her, he sees nothing else. Yeosang steps closer to her, grabs her wrist, and pulls her to his chest.
He leans in and presses his lips to hers.
Pulling away only slightly, he asks, “will you be my girlfriend?” Y/N whispers a yes immediately and Yeosang pushes his lips back onto hers.
They, reluctantly, pull away and Yeosang says, “how about we go grab ice cream, then I’ll teach my girlfriend how to skateboard?”
With a huge smile Y/N responds, “that sounds amazing, can you buy me mint chocolate ice cream?”
His face coils in disgust, “do I have to break up with you on our first day?”

A thud jolts you from your sleep. You look around in confusion, still trying to get the sleep from your eyes when you hear another thud. Grabbing your phone from the nightstand, you see that it’s only 5 in the morning.
There’s a third thud, and now you can hear it’s coming from your front door. You reach into your nightstand drawer and pull out a small can of pepper spray, and then head towards the front door.
Reaching the door, you look through the peephole only to find it’s covered. Panicked, you step away from the door and turn to run from it; instead you trip over a pair of shoes and fall face first.
There is another bang on the door, now sounding more like a knock, and you hear, “love, it’s just me, did you fall?”
You quickly get up and stomp back over to the door to let Yunho in.
“Yes I fell because someone decided to act like an intruder and come over at FIVE IN THE MORNING.”
Yunho pushes past you and walks into your bedroom, you follow right in suit, and watch him hop into your bed and get underneath the covers. “Come join me cutie, I want to go back to sleep,” he pats the spot next to him and then turns to snuggle into the blankets.
Rolling your eyes, you head back to the front and lock the door, then jump into bed next to Yunho.
Hours later, you wake up to more banging, but this time coming from the kitchen. You look to your side to see that your boyfriend is no longer there. From here you begin to worry what your idiot is up to.
Instead of going straight to the kitchen to see what havoc was created, you decide to go do your bathroom routine and wait until the banging stopped.
As you’re creeping out of the bathroom, there’s a soft knock on the door, “cutie, are you still sleeping?”
You decide to hop back into the bed and wait for him to walk in.
Yunho slowly opens the door while balancing a food tray. He brings in a plate of pancakes with syrup and some cut strawberries with whipped cream. There’s also a cup of hot coffee, with cream and sugar to how you usual drink it.
Sitting up, you stare at him for a second, “baby, what’s all this for?” You stand to help him place the tray down.
He kisses the top of your head and says, “Happy Valentine’s Day, angel, I love you.”
You begin to get a little teary eyed as he hands you a fork. With the fork, you stab a strawberry and hold it up to his lips.
“Here, let’s share a plate. The chef needs to eat too,” you feed the strawberry to him and then feed him a bite of pancake.
As the two of you share the food, something he said finally registers.
It’s Valentines Day.
“Hey, babe, what time is it?” you ask him while reaching for your phone. Hearing him tell you it’s almost noon, you jump out of the bed and run to the closet to take out some clothes. You’re going to be late.
“Pumpkin, what are you doing? Are you going somewhere?” Yunho calls to you in confusion. You ignore him and strut off to the bathroom to get changed. He begins to follow you into the bathroom but is met with a door to his face.
You exit the bathroom and stop to give him a short kiss on the lips, “sorry baby, I have to go, but I’ll be home a little later. Here’s my key; make sure to lock up if you leave.”
You’re already halfway out of the door as you finish that sentence. Dialing your suppliers number, you wait for them to pick up.
As soon as they pick up, you begin apologizing, “hey, I’m running a little bit late, I got distracted! Could you send me the address of where I’m supposed to meet you?”
They give an okay, and your phone buzzes when the message with the address comes through; it’ll only be 20 minutes until you arrive at the shelter.
You had come in contact with the owner of the shelter almost three months ago, right when she learned her own dog had fallen pregnant. Since the pregnancy was accidental, the puppies were being sold for cheap to those who could offer a good home. The only reason they had a price was to cover her vet fees.
Today you were taking home Bleu, a little black and white Chow-Chow.
Last week you had come in to meet him for the first time, and you believed he was absolutely perfect. He’s very sweet and energetic - he never once tried to bite you or pounced on you.
The owner walked right up to you and gave you a quick hug, “Bleu’s been extra excited today, I think he knows he’s going home.” She pulls back and turns to hand you a list of all of his documents, and some papers with proper care tips for him.
A worker opens the door and out runs your new pup.
You lean down to wrap your arms around him and gently pick him up cooing at him. Holding Bleu and flipping through all of the paperwork, you thank her and wish her a good day.
He already has a collar, but the two of you venture over to the pet store where you ordered a name tag for him as well as a couple of other things to care for him that you didn’t already have hidden at your apartment.
His nametag and an extra present for Yunho gets clipped to his collar, then you give your boyfriend a call.
“What’s the matter?” you hear the sulk in his voice as he answers the call.
Laughing, you answer, “can you meet me at the park near the river? I have something to give you today.” Yunho audibly perks up and shouts an excited yes at you, telling you he’s already on his way.
You find a bench to sit down at with Bleu and wait for Yunho. While waiting you decide to tie Bleu’s leash to the other end of the bench and scoot a little away from him; this way his gift will look a little less obvious.
“PEACH! I’M HERE NOW!” he’s shouting from far down the path while running towards you.
You contemplate just leaving him here but ultimately decide to jump up and wave at him. Once he reaches you, Yunho tackles you into one of his bear hugs and kisses the top of your head.
“Where have you been all day?” he questions you with a pout. Giggling at his cuteness, you say, “I had some work that was due today, but I had forgotten about it so I rushed to go do it.”
Yunho frowns a little but immediately pushes his smile back onto his face, “did you get it all done? We can go to the movies now or something.” He stands up and starts to pull you off of the bench.
Stopping him you say, “yeah we can go; first, can you check this dogs tag? He’s been sitting here alone the entire time I’ve been here.”
His eyes fall to the small puppy tied to the bench. Yunho leans down to check his collar when he notices a key connected to it. Looking past the key his eyes fall to the name tag.
Bleu.
If lost call Jung Yunho.
Yunho freezes and then snaps his head back to you.
“Are you serious? Is this my dog?” Yunho’s hands begin to shake as he stands back up and walks towards you.
Once he reaches you, he leans down a little and wraps his arms around your thighs, picking you up and spinning you. Your boyfriend pulls your legs to wrap around his waist and then kisses you.
You pull away from his lips, “did you see all of your gift?” Yunho looks at you a little confused until he remembers the key, “what is the key for?”
He gently lowers you and stares at you expectantly.
“I think it’s time that you have your key to our place,” you tell him, “and it might be time to look for a bigger place together, maybe one with a yard for Bleu.”
Yunho gives you his sweet puppy like smile, “our place?”
“Yes, our place. Happy Valentine’s day, Yunho.”

Summary: Looking for star ;)
You stare at the clock as you wait for your boyfriend, Seonghwa, to arrive. From early morning to now, almost 8 pm, you have been busy setting up your date.
It’s Valentine’s Day, and if you’re going to do something, you might as well go all out.
He received a message with the address, time, and dress code around 4 - once you actually decided what you two were going to be doing. Seonghwa should be arriving any minute now.
You look around making sure everything is in place; today was going to be the best day of your life. The perfect date with the perfect man, and you believe you’ve got him the perfect gift.
Hearing footsteps walk up the path, you quickly lean over to light the small heart-shaped candle on the cake.
Park Seonghwa slowly walks up the path, taking in all of his surroundings. The small clearing on top of the hill that the two of you often hike up to is filled with light. Fairy lights are strung across the clearing, from tree to tree, and there is a grey blanket spread out in the center with an array of his favorite foods and a strawberry cake.
His eyes finally fall onto the girl sitting on the blanket, his Y/N.
Seonghwa takes slow steps to you, still admiring his surroundings, “princess, did you set all of this up alone? It’s beautiful.” Once he reaches you, he kneels to your height and takes your face in his hands.
He stares into your eyes for a second before leaning in to lay a kiss on your lips.
Holding the kiss for almost a minute, he pulls back only to leave another kiss on your forehead and then leans back to sit on the blanket.
“So what are our plans with all of this,” Seonghwa gestures to the lights and food, “not to mention our oh-so-fancy outfits.”
You both look down and laugh at your sweats and t-shirt.
“I spent so much time setting up and getting things ready, so I decided we should just dress comfy,” you say giggling slightly, “I brought a lot of food, but can we just skip to the cake? We need to blow out the candle, it’s kinda getting wax everywhere.”
Seonghwa holds your hand, motions to the cake, and the two of you blow the candle out together. He pulls the remainder of the candle off of the cake and picks up a strawberry to press to your lips, “here, it’s your favorite part of the cake.”
You open your mouth to allow him to feed you the strawberry then return the favor while holding back your laughter. The two of you continue to share the cake and some of the other food for a while.
The weight in your pocket grows heavier by the second.
After cleaning up the food and moving it to the side, you lay flat on your back and pull Hwa to lay next to you.
You reach into your pocket and hold onto the gift.
“Hwa, can you believe this is our third Valentine’s Day together and we’ve been together for almost four years,” you stare up at the stars together.
You put your hand out in front of you and show Seonghwa the gift.
A small metal band.
“Take it as you want, but I just wanted to let you know that I love you. I’m ready for whatever comes out way; I’m prepared to spend my life with you”
Seonghwa doesn’t say a word as he reaches and pulls the ring from your grasp. He pulls it closer to his face and reads the engraving on the inside of the ring.
내 별에게
Still without a word, he sits up and slips the ring on - on the ring finger of his left hand.
You sit up next to him, and he turns to you, tears welled in his eyes, “is this real?”
“What do you mean? Of course it’s real.”
As soon as you finish that sentence, he’s tackling you to the blanket.
Your, now fiancé, peppers kisses all over your face as he has you pinned to the ground. “I love you Y/N,” he says in-between kisses, “I love you so much.”
Seonghwa shows his love to you as the stars shine above.

Summary: Your first Valentine’s Day with Hongjoong :)
February 14, you think, and for the first time in my 23 years, I have a date.
You’ve known Hongjoong for years, but you two didn’t become a couple until November 7, his birthday. He asked you to go out to eat to celebrate and at the end of the night, walked you home and asked you to be his girlfriend.
Now here you are a little over three months later, struggling to ask him to be your valentine.
The two of you aren’t planning to do anything today; Hongjoong hasn’t even said a word about today’s date. Did he really not know, or did he not care?
He called to say good morning earlier but since then, you haven’t heard a word. It was almost 2 o’clock. Needing to know the answer, you stand to get your phone from the table and call him.
Answering the phone, literally on the first ring, Joong says, “Daisy, what’s up? Did you need something?” A wave of nervousness hit as you ask, “Are you busy today by any chance?”
Joong lets out a little huff of laughter, “I think I’ll be working all day, there’s nothing important today anyway. Is there something special today?”
“No there’s nothing special,” you rush, “I was just curious if you were busy.”
Again letting out a small laugh he tells you, “Y/N, I’ll be off around 6. I’ll head straight to you when I’m done.”
Breathing out a sigh of relief, you put down your phone and sit back down on the couch. As soon as your butt touches the cushion, you pop back up.
He’s coming over.
You currently have absolutely nothing planned, you didn’t really think this far, and you have nothing to give him. A lightbulb goes off and you run to grab your purse and rush out the door as you call a taxi; it’s time to head to the craft store.
Once you arrive at the store, you head straight to the beads. You grab a pack of clear-ish rainbow beads and some clear wire - you’re going to make him a little bracelet. You eyeball a pack of white beads and another idea comes to you; let’s make a bracelet with Joong’s favorite flower - a daisy.
Buying the supplies, you walk out of the store and begin walking to the main street to call another taxi. Right next to the craft store is a small food place that you and Hongjoong frequently have dates at, but you decide to not run in to pick up some food; instead, you head off in the other direction.
Heading towards your destination, you pass a small flower shop ran by a sweet older lady you’re familiar with.
Once she lays eyes on you she calls, “Y/N honey, how have you been?” She walks up to you and hugs you, “I have not seen you in weeks!”
Returning the hug you apologize, “I’ve been pretty busy lately Auntie, I’ll try to pass by more often. I’m about to go grocery shopping for dinner tonight.”
“Aww, you and your new man must have good plans for tonight,” the lady says. You laugh a little and say, “Well everything is kind of last minute, but they are plans. . . Hey, do you happen to have a specific flower?”
You finish your conversation and continue to the grocery store to buy stuff for pasta - Joong will help you make it when he arrives because you can’t quite cook well, and neither can he, but together it should be edible.
Purchasing noodles, cans of crushed tomatoes, and fresh basil - while also debating a bunch of snacks - you go over in your head making sure you have the rest of the ingredients at home and head to check out.
Checking the time as you’re leaving the store, you see it’s 4:30. Speedwalking back to the flower shop, you grab the bouquet you purchased a little earlier and continue to speedwalk towards the main road.
Arriving home at 5:15, you start to feel panicked for time. He gets off exactly at 6, and his studio is 15 minutes away, but you’re still a little worried about the time crunch.
You put the groceries away, take out the pans to be ready to cook, put the bouquet in a vase, and take out the supplies for his bracelet.
The string is super thin and the holes on the beads are super small; your hands shake as you try to push the string through the beads, then they shake even more as you shape the daisies onto the bracelet.
It’s complete, the damn bracelet is finally complete. You pick up your phone to check the time as you hear a knock on the apartment door; looking at your phone, you have two messages from Joong.
One saying that he’s leaving, and one saying that he’s walking up to the apartment.
Shoving the bracelet into your pocket, you run to the door, checking your appearance in the mirror first, and open it.
A giant plush dinosaur smacks you in the face the minute the door opens, “Happy Valentine’s Day, daisy.” You push the dinosaur out of your face and tackle Hongjoong, wrapping your arms around his neck. “Happy Valentine’s Day to you too, Joongie,” you gently pull away from him and peck his cheek before stepping back.
You two walk in together until you turn to Joong, “Wait! Close your eyes, I have something for you.” Grabbing his wrist you slip the bracelet on, and then run to pull the bouquet, of mostly daises, from the vase - the water drips onto the floor a little, but you don’t care.
Slipping the bouquet into his hands, you step back and tell him to open his eyes.
He sees the bouquet immediately, tears already beginning to swell in his eyes, then he looks at his wrist. “Daisy,” he squeaks, “did you make this yourself?” Seeing you nod, he places, practically threw, the bouquet onto the small table in your entryway, and tackles you into a hug.
Hongjoong tucks his head into your neck and squeezes you tight. Feeling the tears drip onto your neck and down your shoulder you speak softly, “you like it?”
He pulls away and grabs your face with both hands, pulling you into a kiss.
“I love it, my daisy, and I love you”

Summary: it’s just a tiny little prompt :)
Mingi looked out of the window while the teacher blabbered on about useless information - why should we know how variables work?
He leans forward, putting his body weight on the window seal, to stare out towards the basketball court. Watching as a group of girls play basketball, his eyes fall onto one girl.
His eyes stay locked onto her; he felt the air being pulled from his lungs. Looking over her body, he watches her chest bounce as she runs to take a shot. She scores then turns to cheer with her friends but as she’s turning she catches Mingi’s stare.
Sending a wink and a smirk his way, she goes to cheer with her friends and get back to the game.
Mingi jerks his body away from the window, almost falling out of his chair, and smacks his reddening face. The blush covering is very evident, which catching the attention of the teacher.
“Is there a problem, Mr. Song Mingi?” the teacher walks towards him, “I suggest you start paying attention to my class now.”
Still trying to calm down his heartbeat, he mumbles an apology to the teacher and settles down at his desk.

Reader x Seonghwa
Word Count: 835 (is this too short?? i’m still learning about writing)
Summary: Seonghwa shows off how amazing of a boyfriend he can be and comforts and spoils his girlfriend for a day (and rest of the week).
Waking up in a tangle of arms and legs, your boyfriend pulls you closer to him and cuddles into you further. He falls back into a deep sleep and wakes up a few hours later with you still asleep. Your boyfriend decides to get out of bed and walk across the room entering the bathroom. Finishing his business, he goes to wake you up but notices something new: a growing red patch on your sweatpants.
Seonghwa quickly understands the situation and turns to go back to the bathroom; he turns the shower on and grabs a new pair of sweatpants with one of your favorites of his hoodies.
“Y/n wake up,” Hwa gently shakes you awake. Still super weary you tell him no and roll over to go back to bed. He picks you up and carries you to the bathroom where he sets you on your feet.
“Seonghwa what is the problem?”
“Let’s have a spa and movie day! I’ll go and prepare breakfast and run to the store and you’ll take a nice long shower,” he stuffers out.
Touched, you don’t say another word as you hug your boyfriend and turn to get undressed to shower.
Hwa rushed out of the bathroom and ran to check the bed for stains, noticing none, and then fled your shared apartment to the small convenience store down the road. He purchases a pack of sanitary pads, a pack of tampons, and a few of your favorite snacks.
As you were getting ready to shower, you, of course, noticed the issue at hand and were hoping Seonghwa didn’t quite see; this was still a somewhat new relationship and you’ve never really talked about these issues.
Getting out of the shower, you wrap yourself in a fluffy towel as Seonghwa gently taps on the door and proceeds to open it. He places a bag filled with products and snacks on the counter.
As soon as your eyes meet the bag, you start to panic. Your eyes start to water and you turn to Hwa, “I’m so sorry! Do I need to clean anything up? I didn’t think I would start this soon.” Panic begins to fill your voice as you remember Kwang and his rules: do not get blood anywhere, do not let him see any of those products, and just stay away from him during this week.
Extremely confused by your erratic behavior, Hwa grabs your arms, puts them at your side, and then places you on the bathroom counter. He pulls you against him and lets you just cry for a few minutes.
Slowly pulling away and then wiping at your tears Hwa softly speaks, “Princess, why are you acting like this?” Seonghwa stares into your eyes for a few minutes and then gently kisses your forehead.
“I don’t know why you’re so freaked out, but I’m not mad or upset. How could I be upset with you over something like this? It happens and it’s natural and I’m here to comfort you through this. Now, can you tell me what happened,” he continues to speak softly.
Now able to breathe, you tell him, “You remember who Kwang is, right? My ex-boyfriend.” You were with him for almost three years, and you guys broke up over a year ago; this wasn’t the healthiest of relationships, but you were sure you loved him.
Seonghwa pulls you back into his arms and holds you for a little while. “You know that I’m not like him, I love you, and I care about you. You don’t have to apologize if you make a mistake and you definitely don’t need to apologize because you’re on your period,” he whispers, burying his head into your neck.
You push him back a little bit and grab the bag from the convenience store, “Thank you Hwa, I’ll be out in just a minute.”
He leaves the bathroom to give you space, but then he turns to knock on the door once more, “American or Korean food for breakfast? Wait, I’ll just make pancakes and get out the strawberry syrup, I know you crave strawberries while you’re on your period. Is that okay?”
You shout the okay to him and turn to finish getting dressed while making sure to make use of what he bought for you at the store. Making sure to finish your usual bathroom routine-brushing your teeth, fixing your hair, putting on face cream-you head to the kitchen to help Hwa cook.
As soon as you step foot into the kitchen, your boyfriend turns around and picks you up carrying you all the way to the couch. “Stay still princess, I’ll bring the food here when it’s done. How about you put on that new drama you’ve been excited about? We can start it today and finish it sometime this week,” he kisses your forehead and walks back to the kitchen.
How in the world did I get a boyfriend this amazing? I must have saved a kingdom in my past life...
